Amen! We can rejoice even when life is hard, because Jesus is my life and peace and joy! I'm thankful I have a personal relationship with Jesus, for His grace and mercy. I'm determined to take time with Him in prayer and Bible study each day. I'm thankful for my El Salvadoran friends who share their family with me and adopt me as a "Great grandmother" and as a mother-figure to her real grandmother. We're laughing and talking the minute they come in the door. We support each other in prayer. They're such a blessing!
