Thank you Elevation Church. I recently started listening every morning to (past sermons) right after my AM Bible reading. These sermons (some over a yr or two old) have truly spoken to me. My husband passed away last summer at 52 y/o with multiple aggressive cancers. The Lord used him to reach others with his messages in song. I videoed this specials each time at church & now have them to reflect on. These Elevation messages have hyped me up, broken me down, lifted me up & overall moved me to be a better person, stronger Christian & helped me to believe that even as a new widow, GOD STILL HAS A PLAN for me. My sermon notes for "Think like a reaper" 1.) What's your fuel? Feeling are unreliable yourself. Your testimony is a tool, your ministry comes from your misery. Jesus was fueled and that was his food 2.) Feelings come but they don't come first. God will help you in the hard place 3.) God is most strategic when you are most surprise. Surprise will solve the problems, God will allow you to experience surprises. If you don't separate your feelings, you won't experience your due season. Feelings don't come first, faith does 4.) Conscious of the consequence 5.) You can't give up because it is not going to let you, he's got something good working through you. God is working, a reaper begins with the end in mind. The seeds that are in your life doesn't always look like what the result will be, seasonal doesn't mean insignificant 6.) A leader thinks like a reaper. What are you focused on? Are you seeing the help that you actually have or only the hurt you are experiencing? If the enemy makes you see the hurt and how are affected, you will miss the harvest God is intending for you to see. Are you thanking God for the things you already have? Or only when he heals you? Don't forget to praise God for what you already have. The harvest is already here, allow yourself to reap what God sowed in your life. Nothing that you have been through will be wasted

It was so amazing and personal to my journey. My life has mimicked the woman at the well, verbatim. I never knew until it was time for me to turn to God, and I heard this story in a church. I went and bought a Bible and read that story maybe 11 yrs ago. Since that time my journey has been filled with miracles and I love God so much I can't wait to tell people about Him. I broke up with shame and fear about being "that woman" in the eyes of others. I spent all this time alone without a man. Slowly learning & listening to His word. His love has truly been enough.
