Who do YOU think are the top 5 best supports in Paladins? Do you agree with my list, or do you think someone else deserves #1? Honestly, picking a number 5 was pretty hard, because the top 4 supports are just so dominant that most of the other supports fall short. 😅 Mal'Damba was going to be ranked #5, but it turns out he has one of the worst win rates across all demographics. I'm sorry to anyone who wanted to see the snake boy on this list, but he's just been power creeped too hard.
So just like casie, damba's winrate is low because consistency and reliability is extremely important no matter how good a champion may feel like personally? Becasue I think I got it, the top 5 for every role goes like this (with a bonus) Dps - consistency Flanks - versatile Tanks - survivability Healers - dependable General - anyone who provides utility Each top 5 champions has at least 4 of the 5 criteria mentioned above. So take rei, gives utility like ult charge/DR, survive with ult or F, dependable CDR on heals (especially if you lvl 5 the card that resets your heals when you take damage), consistent decent damage Casie is too dependable on her consistent hits so if she isn't consistent with her shots then no versatile mobility, can't survive longer
I'd probably put Pip over Rei as #5 because he's basically the Drogoz of supports, incredibly strong if the other team forgot to bring counters. But the only hot take I have about the whole thing is that all of the top four should still be nerfed. Like you say for Damba, power creep for support class is real.
Imma say my opinion on rei. I feel like she is the best char in the game if you use her first talent. If her team can protect her she can bounce heals to the entire team only a little slower than grovers ult. Her ult also makes for extremely good clutches at the end of rounds aka overtime I think she should atleast earn 2nd place
I am a Ying main. I know she does not offer much besides healing...But she can be difficult to kill her and her DPS build as a second healer is a lot of fun imo. She also has the best skins and emotes in the game.
man i wish ying had more going for her LOL she’s so fun. i solo main her as healer and i absolutely love her toolkit but she really is just a healbot with incredible movement.
I only recently started playing Lilith and I gotta say she can be complicated but sooooo much fun and so tanky, its crazy how strong and unkillable she can be
She really is. She’s my main, I get as much if not more healing than other healers while still being able to help my team take people out and getting more damage than people on the other team, especially when stunning them. Her stunning is super useful against enemy flanks like Maeve and Willow
Idk what other people say but seris just have a perfect kit even without talent. Low cd, high value, long range heal, superb damage and cc, mobility, what else could you ask from a champion?
Flying IO for the win! Most fun support! as my primary main in ALL of paladins, i like her playstyle and design, plus you can fly with her, and get some cheap kills with Luna’s ocasional stun!
I just went against a team full of healers and that was a crqzy thing to witness. They had Seris, Jenos, Ying, Pip, and furia. There wasn't much I could do as a solo support playing Corvus😅 We still managed to get win though!
Thank you for bringing up the fact that Furia can only heal one person every three seconds😊. I feel like some people forget that fact when they spam vhs😒.
@@someguy8704 I think last patch grover and especially jenos really did spoil us. they would just pump out so many heals and people really don't realize what the healer is doing most the time.
Havent played paladins for prob over a year, i recall damba being a the definition of high skill high reward He was insane in spreading heals but the multi tasking he required made it not worth it even for GMs when other supps could get the job done without as much effort Idk how hes now but im curious, he has a special place in my mind as ive never played other healers on other fps that come close to how unique he is
i feel damba shouldve been in reis place. he doesnt provide ult charge but his builds have a wide variety. He can have insane self speed, provide speed to team mates, give yourself and allies life steal in gourd and self dr when healing. His stun is amazing and entire kit can be played in multiple ways making him feel more fresh and enjoyable . so great healing, a fear, a stun, and possible speed and lifesteal bonus with cards seems better than a bit of ultimate charge and dr for 5 seconds.
Imo Mal'Damba just feels like a worse Grover that has to aim and has additional CC that is also pretty difficult to land (at least his reload stun). Rei is an extremely strong pocket support for hyper carries and can provide a lot of ult charge for champions with strong ultimates.
@@wojciechszatko the aim is easy with practice. The pocket meta hasn't been in since years ago hence why corvus is also never seen solo. Damba is a very strong healer who provides healing and support and does a better job if the player is good

Hey,thank you for your videos. I m new player with 19hrs right now,and your tips and setting for the game make my experience so much better. I came to this game from OW,where i hit top 314 EU as support player,so its not that hard for me to adapt to Paladins, also i think there is less mechanical skill needed for this game. Right now,idk why,i main Maeve she is so cool to me,with that mobility and kill potentional on isolated enemy. Love to see your next videos ^^
I know this video is old but Tbh Corvus is underrated as a Corvus main he is really good if you know what your doing and you can keep your team alive for awhile if you use your marks properly
If you are Io, and use her Ult as you hear Jenos say "And perish!" while within his ult range, it will nullify the one shot kill and youll survive. I discovered this by accident.
Rei is good just in double support comps, why you ranked her so high anyway, she is just a honorable mention in my opinion, now we might get all the plebs playing Rei thinking she can actually heal solo apart from Bazar. Yeah you put furia number 2 cuz she can struggle to heal multiple allies but grover has the same issue with hipper mobile flanks and usually a flank can carry more than a tank. Plus on open maps he also struggles to reach from a teamate to another in time he might vine to a teamate to save them but arrives to slow and puts himself in a bad position.
As an rei main i think in this meta right now she is super good. Her ult buffs that she got at this Time(vid Time). I see more rei players play her but at the same time she is damba on pickrate

Maybe because with Damage and Flanks it matters more if you're using Controller Vs Mouse. Compared to Healer and Tank which is in more cases the same. So you'll see more variety in the Damage and Flank videos because of Aim differences. Remember he's including the Controller experience in his videos now.
@rell660 yeah ik but it still weird me out that Vivian is considered top 5 dmg champions because of controller when she is probably the second worst dmg champion on pc only ahead of Kasumi.
Viv is extremely annoying in just controller or mostly controller lobbies, yeah there are other annoying champions but viv in a controller lobby just deals a lot in an area where controller is dominant all because of aim assist. Although her kit is kinda bland, if everyone or mostly everyone is using controller, she basically has a second health bar with her shield since aimming for her feet is hard with aim assist lol. If it wasnt for aim assist by any means, yeah she'd be at the bottom or at very least not top 5.
The list is pretty spot on except for number 5 If it was ranked, you'd usually want a Damba or even an IO / Seris over a Rei solo healer Rei is great at pocketing and in double support comps but isn't a good enough solo healer to be called the 5th best support imo
I would still give the top spot to furia tbh mainly cuz of the ult and she also can do crazy dmg when the wrath is up. Plus, the beam can go through shields and stun champs like nando or khan providing u with a window to potentially kill them. I wouldnt really oppose to the idea of having grover at 1 and furia at 2 but personally id switch them.
I would give #1 spot to Furia as well because people forget her beam can heal the team as well if you choose and build her third talent. So she can do a lot of healing in the correct hands not just damage. That’s why I love ❤️ her.

All that said theres a canyon between number 4 and 5, Groover, Lily, Furia and Jenos deserves huge nerfs asap (Furia and Groover specially)
I wonder how lillith got here...
"Terrible monday of ranked" VS me and my duo by any chance? LMFAO
I really want to love Lilith. Maybe I'm just garbage idk
Ngl for me lilith is a good healer and i don't know why everyone say she is bad ?
Skill issue
Is this a joke? Seris is by far the best healer. Only support players to disagree would be someone who doesn’t know how to play her.
Plastic 5 Seris main spotted
Honestly, even though I am jenos main and upload jenos ultimate videos on my channel, but jenos heal is very bad in the first rounds. U need to chronos 2-3 for good heals.
Wow. The one of the core reasons i don't want to come back to this god forsaken game - Mal'Damba isn't in top 5 and isn't even in honorable mentions.
Sad to see damba fell off
is he ever at 1 place in the meta ?
i feel like he always balanced
Grover 💯
hello Andrew so i have so bad laptop and i have the lowest graphics but game still have fps drops and frezzes do u know anyrhing to fix it? Ty in advance
Try closing up other apps and decrease resolution
what about seris she heals like a beast
Wheres Mal’damba ?
Damba not even mentioned? Does he need a buff?
Honestly i hate this current meta....U only see Furia, Jenos and Grover...its been ages since i saw an Io, Corvus or Ying...only Furia, Jenos and Grover and nothing else...Btw...a good Rei can Main Heal easily
Where's Mal'damba a s the most fun to play support.
Grover furia
Does mamba fall from grace??
Excuse me where’s ying in this list??/j
IO best heal
I have to say... Octavia
I play a mean fucking Corvus
Why don't I see sky here?
What happend to IO?
Momoji
I'd say Rei is the best especially with cauterise being built in to everyone's kit and her ability to charge Ults and reduce cooldowns is ridiculous
Well, it's ok to be wrong.
@@e.b.9702 it's only my opinion
I'm patiently waiting for the moment when they found out that they nerfed Io so much only to buff everyone around her. I miss my little Goddess
Yes yes
I miss playing her. :(
I think we all know the best healer... Moji
Seris
Where's ying :
Grohk is very good sup
Then what about seris
