- In this episode of Ravish Ki Report, we visit Humayun's tomb and speak to the personnel in charge of renovating the monument. Huge efforts are being made in replenishing the original splendour and design of the building. Artisans having the traditional expertise of constructing such monuments have been brought over from Bharatpur for the purpose. One of the contractors in charge of supervising the activities says that it takes an entire day to manually make a single four square foot brick for the monument. Refreshing my history lessons which I had forgotten. The interconnectivity of cultures that reflect past connection of civilization that we fail to appreciate or just neglect. The connection between the architecture and culture of Uzbekistan and India is something to appreciate and cherish. It's interesting how Uzbekistan has done an amazing job at maintaining not just their monuments that far more older but even more the cities.

Really appreciate the restoration work based on the original techniques, we have to consider that these buildings are great treasures of art and art is above religion,race and hatred,they are national treasures.
I do not know when indians will understand about history.
There are two type of foreign forces
1- Who come and make permanent settlements. Preserve existing culture and bring new culture. Avoid genocide and do things to live with native people peacefully. Example Mughal Emperors
2- Who come and kill natives and change the history of invasion. American almost killed all the natives and now if any one can see the contribution of native americans in American economy.
