Okay just to reiterate what you said is that you’re running the stock suspension up front and all you did to the rear was add the drop shackles or do you have leafs removed as well?
Stock front suspension. This is 2wd twin I beam front. Rear has the drop shackles and also I removed 2 leafs I believe. It’s been a while since I did that. I removed them when it was still a long bed lol.
That I totally get. Just picked up a "shop truck" regular cab 7.3 '02 that I want to drop the rear without slamming. You're one of the only videos out there on this gen truck with a drop shackle...so anxious to see the followup!@@paulsperformance
Good Catch. It was completely unbolted at this point as I removed the bed for more work to bottom side of the bed. I got this short bed from a truck with rust that the engine caught fire on. Prolly the most work than any other piece. Replaced rails and quarters. Thanks for watching

If you can’t the get the 2 inches why do they make it?
The ones you installed look a lot longer than the ones I have,
I have 2 inch drop of my 99.
Link? Which ones require no cutting?
Did you grease them
Yes and they come with grease fittings as well
It’s been a longgggg week for that update 👀
Lol I know. I still haven’t aligned it yet. It’s the season of working on everyone else’s stuff before mine.
