Hi! I'm a newish follower and I agree, there is something about these videos that's just so satisfying to watch. I've been watching at least a couple before I go to bed each night. I have to ask though for a link to your money tray. I saw the sunglass one in the links, but the one in the video looks different. Maybe it's the angle, but the slots look narrower and it looks like it doesn't have sides? I can't wait to start stuffing my own envelopes. 🙂

if you do the dry erase the numbers will eventually wipe off as long as you work with the page. the permanent marker will stay until you wipe it off yourself
Out of curiosity. When you exchange in your gifts envelope with the dividers, do you distribute the funds evenly amongst the dividers or do you have an amount you have in mind for each person

So I’ve had a question about your budget sheets. Do you laminate them your self and why write in permanent marker? I’m curious of doing the same thing

Yes I laminate them. The sharpie doesn’t bleed on other pages, but can be removed with alcohol
Can you explain where did you get the 1000 bill? And because it’s not actually valuable where do you put the valuable 100s you exchange it with
Think of the fake $1000 bill as an IOU. The fake bill goes in your envelope. The $1000 goes in your bank account.

The younger kids tend to be a little cheaper. So I just try to spread it out evenly while keeping in mind the big kids need more.
