It is a good program to stop open defaecation however the question is why do they do that. Lack of toilets and lack of monies to pay for public conveniences. The government needs to put such measures in place before u do this type of enforcement
all public toilets should be abolished... all public toilets should be at the transport station and markets.., all residential houses and homes must have a washroom and toilet system... going forward all building permit must be granted based on the ability to add toilet facilities to your building plan... no toilet no permit.. and it must be inspected after building before a completion certificate issued... without a completion certificate you cannot use the premises or building... sick and tired of this primitive attitude
