If it helps, I found working with the violet flame to be very useful in dissolving some of the heaviness and allowing the energy to flow. I had a lot of symptoms, physically and mentally, and could barely sleep. And the violet flame really helped me get some actual rest

I've noticed a lot of anger (not specifically about my DM, but around the topic of male-female connections in general) in me during the past week and in exchange with others realised that this seems to be the case for many women, at the moment.
Also, surprisingly, a major pocket of pain opened up, this morning. It was excruciating. Around the topic of separation on a core level, like, back to Atlantean times. (Feel it to heal it, I know.) Still feeling very raw and vulnerable.
I don't know if this helps anyone, but thought I'd share in case others are noticing similar things.

I was on an emotional rollercoaster the last couple of days. Crying most of one day and extreme anxiety the next day.

Oh my goodness my 3D body has been sent into a case of bronchitis. Prayers please for my physical body to recalibrate, heal and transform the shadow aspect into light. The bronchitis came on right after speaking my truth about an intimate encounter with the DM/TF that i had never spoken about. I finally found a safe place to share it. It was stored energy that needed to be accessed and acknowledged. Then ...took the hit to my heart chakra. Sitting with the healing. .Mahalo

After telling my DM I didn’t know how to be authentic in the same space and speaking truth, there was a huge burden taken off of me. It’s the biggest shift I have ever felt up until this point… feels Iike I’ve collapsed an old timeline with him and ascended onto a new one! I don’t know how I know that but it feels very significant like a huge turning point on the journey 😊❤ almost like the wheel has turned 🌟

Monday night I had one of the best meditation sessions I've ever had. I think I finally connected to my Higher Self. It was me, but with a slightly different voice and just a super, super intense feeling of pieces falling in place or a feeling of moving up? It's kind of hard to explain. But something definitely feels different to me.
I also should add- I've been remembering my dreams again. Nightly. 🤍

Me to…. Last night a massive migraine attack, the curtain was moving at night from the wind and my brain knew it was wind , but then, suddenly felt anxious like someone is there. Couldn’t sleep played accidental YT video that told my nickname, and in the morning I woke up with a picture of my beloved under my chest…. I keep it under the pillow … together with some cash .. 😎. Interesting. What if one realises one's DM is a false TF due to meeting someone else who is going trough EXACTLY the same "NOW" timeline. To the point that all the energy becomes one in an instance, with such a knowing that one is looking directly at each other's soul & feeling so exalted by Love that they speak through singing poetry ?!? 🙃

Hello, I've been crying, depressed, anxious, getting anxiety and panic attacks all the sudden last few weeks.
And especially the last few days have been non stop crying or spacing out, also getting very nauseous.
