It looks to me like the squishy sides are due to the alternating series of cushioning ridges and air pockets running all around the inside edges of the case. Maybe that implies they're cushioning the iPhone from drops, the way they're designed to.
Bought the same exact color for my Pro Max, not having the gap or noise issue! Maybe they updated the production🤷♂️ haven’t had it long enough to see the fingerprint issue but no problems so far, paired it with the wallet!
No noise or gap for me on the 15 Pro at all, same exact case. The fingerprints are annoying, but worth the trade off for how safe and secure the Click-Lock wallet is. Way better than any other MagSafe wallet
Mine all of the sudden started making the noise when I squeeze the sides. I removed it and put back on and the noise stopped. Will see how long before the noise returns.

@@ubur_ takes some effort to press the buttons, could be a pro or con depending on the person. It won't accidently click if you have it leaning on its side but when trying to use the buttons normally more force is required.
The click lock stand is good just needs to figure out a better solution for the opening and closing of it. After maybe a month give out take the little tit that suppose to keep it close will wear out and it won’t close tight anymore so the stand is slightly open all the time.

I have the Grip and like it better. The magnets are strong and it's not slippery. The fit is tight too.

It’s weird cause the 13 pro max one fit perfect but 14 pro max had the gap like that one so I didn’t bother to get one for the 15 pro max.

it will look much better if the camera bump is the same copper colour as the rest instead of black..
