  • I just can’t get enough of pizza! So today I made them mini. 😍😋

    Ingredients for the dough:
    300ml warm water
    500g bread flour (Tipo 00 or All-purpose with 11-12% protein)
    7g instant dry yeast
    30g olive oil
    1tsp sugar
    10g salt
    Toppings:
    pure tomato sauce
    oregano
    salt
    olive oil
    mozzarella
    ham
    pineapple
    hotdogs or wurstel
    parmesan cheese
    garlic powder

    Tanong ko lang po kung ipapartial bake po ba ang dough then nilagay na sa freezer ilang minutes po hintayin para mabake po pagnilabas?tnx

      Kung ang frozen dough mo ay may toppings, pwede mo ito ibake right away 👍. Pero kung without, need mo I defrost ng 10-15 minutes then pwede na lagyan ng sauce and toppings and bake 😉. Salamat sa panunood ☺️

      Yes po 👍 pag almost double na ang volume ilagay mo sa fridge para hindi ma over fermented, then sa hapon unload mo ito 1 hour before baking. Happy baking po ☺️

      For frozen dough without toppings kailangan syang i-defrost for 5-10 minutes before lagyan ng toppings at lutuin. Salamat sa panunood ☺️💖

      Ciao Jessa!. Ang total costing ng 10pcs mini pizza ay nasa 150-200 pesos, pero depende yan kung gaano ka bongga ang toppings na ilalagay mo lalo na sa cheese. So pwede mo itong ibenta ng 25 to 50 pesos. Good luck sa future business! God bless 🙏😊

      Yap, pwede po syang ilagay sa freezer but make sure naka completely sealed sa freezer bag. Mga 1-2 months ang itatagal nya

    Ah talaga, now ko lang nalaman na ang hawaiian is not from Italian na pizza style pala. I love hawaiian pizza, kasi di xa nakakaumay pag maraming kinain. Mam ana, yung may sausage ang gilid ng mga pizza like dito sa pizzahut meron din jan sa Italy?

      hehehe naku Ely nakakasad kasi di bet ng mga Italian ang hawaiian kaya pag gumagawa ako ng ganyan ako lang ang nag eenjoy 😕😅. Ayun ba yung may palaman ang edges ng crust? wala din silang ganyan dito hehehe or wala pa akong nakikita sa ngayon maybe sa ibang pizzeria dito meron sya 😊. Maybe in the future recipe gagawa din ako nyan 😉.

      @@Anaspassion ganun ba, i really wanted to try authentic italian pizza mam, curious lang, saan sa atong mga restaurant mam ang pinaka close sa italian pizza, i wanna try sana. Palage nalang kami pizzahut, dominos, angels pizza, or pag walang budget santinos pizza tag 28 lang per slice. Hahaha yes mam marami gusto manood yung pizza crust na may sausage or bacon why not hahaha. I love bacon pizza in my opinion pero i have not tried, im just imagining. I love bacon kasi, inuulam ko sa kanin yun palagi. Paabutin mo ng 1million subscribers mo mam. Hehehe

      Ciao Iskolar! Ang gamit ko ay Italian Mozzarella cheese na Granarolo. Pero pabagobago naman ako ng brand kasi kadalasan ko tlagang binibili ay yung sale hehege para makatipid 😄. Happy baking! ☺️

    Hindi po ba sya lasang yeast? Kc po ung ibang nag bibigay ng recipe, lasang yeast po ang kinalabasan, sakto nmn po sa siukatan ko, salamat po,
