Did you change the rules for hard onwards? Doing Pyramid plunder for theiving exp was pretty clearly against the rules, as you could've done a faster and very easy to get method of black jacking that would not work towards another task at the same time.

It's extremely rare. Some of the rarest items in the game are 3rd age from core scrolls. Getting one during your accounts life is rare. The fact he got one so early is crazy.

The very strict no-passive rule was changed a long time ago now ye, as long as a method is a viable way of training something its fine in general
