Great video, I enjoy watching it.I am very familiar with those areas you were fishing, I fished them for 20 years, with a lot of success, I caught 94 flounder in 4 days off those rocks on live minnows on a drift during high tide.Caught many blues, and weakish to besides other types of fish.Good luck, fellow angler, keep reeling them in a nd keep on fishing.

Nice vid! I was probably right down the seawall from you catching kingfish behind the church. Keep em coming, Dillon.

Watch reaching into those rocks , I grew up and still live on the island.. You may end up with a Skunk or something else attached to your hand! Those rocks @ NWW seawall house all kinda critters!

Cool vid Dillon. How fast is the current moving there? You should try with a small blackfish jig (1/2 ounce to 1 ounce). You’ll snag less with less terminal Tackle and feel all the hits. Keep the vids coming!

It was moving steadily but not that fast, everyone wants me to use the jigs, maybe I’ll try it out.

Stayed in the blue house that is up on stilts, right before the jetty turns towards the church. Tough spot to fish, lose a lot of tackle in them rocks. Nice video

That BG 3000 is nice. I tog fish with it as well using jigs. I would try to hit those areas about an hour before/after slack tide. That would be ideal for tossing jigs. The lighter the jig, the easier it is for the fish to pick it up and swim with it

Not needed. You can get hits on every cast without them.

video games ok, and here’s a random tip: don’t spend money on sand fleas. As long as you don’t mind getting your ankles wet, get a net with holes in it, and a bucket. Watch some videos on how to catch sand fleas, because they are awesome bait and are easy to find. Or spend way to much money on like 12 of them

Im here rn. The fishing is okay, ive been shore fishing the beach to the right of the jetty. There is a huge drop off before the sandbar. I got some whiting yesterday on shrimp. The squid is useless

Too much lead for that spot. You are guaranteed to get snagged. Use as little as possible to hold bottom.

There actually was significant current at the corner so 2-3 oz was necessary in order to not get drug into crevices, which happened anyway....
