a lot of people are (rightfully) pointing out how well Penny fits as her but i absolutely love how this animation remembers how charismatic and dramatic Vivian is as a character with the way she's animated here. it's so fun to watch

the detail i love the most is that when Dorkley is brought up at the end Vivian's shading is closer to that of the mario sprites dorkley uses on the regular (as in very yellow shading on the whites) super super good animation
There's plenty of details to note about this, but what always hooks me in these fan animations is when attention is put to 'character acting' in which examples like Luigi and Vivian move in tandem with the voices in a real but exaggerated way; This angle at 0:12 I think would be tricky to pull off, but her head tilting away from the camera gives this rotoscope feel as it it takes place in a 3D space. You should feel proud of yourself with how you animated this dialogue.👍
Very charming, adore it. I don't know the correct words to express it intelligently, but, like, I love the expressions working with and being informed by the tone of voices used. It's like seeing for a moment meticulously recreated the way someone else hears that voice, instead of how I hear that voice.
I love this animation, it's really smooth and manages to capture the energy of the scene perfectly, while been really creative as well. Also, they are right about Super Mario Funny parodies
