Try yoga and meditation… it can be one way to be able to tune in. Also listening to different frequencies of music instead of main stream artists. Their music is made at frequencies that block us I’m sure of it. I’m pretty new to this all so you can also do what I’m doing which is follow Wendy herself because she is bang on. So glad these wonderful people are sharing. The leaders of the world did not and they kept the knowledge for themselves. 2024 can be anything we make it 🎉❤

When she mentioned about being tired and/or sleepy after “download” data or info. It made me wonder about myself because as I, best example, listened to Kryon channel by Lee Carol, I had to stop watching before I fall asleep 😴 then I resumed. I thought it was all because Kryon’s voice is beautiful that lulls me to sleep. Now I did little experiments with breathing, when I start to fall asleep, I breathe deeper and I can feel myself waking up yet remain at theta level until I realize I stopped breathing and falling asleep again. I have lived in this space. Then some trauma happened and I lost it. Limiting beliefs have stopped me from trying to find it again. This was very helpful and encouraging to try again. Thank you!
She didn’t explain about altering your physical body. She said you have to alter it. Most people teach eating, yoga, workouts. No. It’s in their belief systems. Your physical body and mind have nothing to do with the alter. The alter happens naturally as belief systems fade.

Hers is the best message and channeling I've ever heard on this show! I can feel and resonate with what she's saying. This doesn't mean I'm cured of all my conflicts; it just means I get what she's saying!
So much to unpack here, I Have to listen to it again!
One of the things that really struck me was about “checking in with yourself “, even if you have to set a timer, ⏰keep checking in with yourself and the reminder that We Are Never Alone! 🤗 That’s something I need to keep hearing over and over again because sometimes I feel So Alone.
I also loved that we can’t really conceive of what God is at this time.
I feel comfortable thinking of God as Source Energy 🤔☺️👍🏼🚀

I love that Wendy touched on our own individual power towards the end of the conversation. I am fairly new to all of this, and recently tried Suzanne Giesemann’s SIP of the Devine technique in which I asked my guides what I needed to know right now; with crystal clarity, I heard (felt) the words « You are a force to be reckoned with ». I was motivated to visit Higher Frequencies website after watching this entire video. I joined the newsletter and heard the free group session on "Knowledge and Widom of the Orion System" with Wendy. I felt similar vibrations I've felt with Barbara Marciniak in her channeling her Pleiadian contacts. It's quite amazing that Barbara M. and Wendy channel in the same accent. The Pleiadians Barbara's Barbara channeled and those Wendy channels sound like the same particular collective. That's a good thing because I miss them. I can't thank you enough. Wow! Did that resonate with me. I felt elevated, enlightened and just plain happy. Thank you. You know I met my spirit guide in person on 116th Street Rockaway Park, NY. Her name was Lorraine she had my book of life , time stood still. The best part was that she started talking to my son on the train and started showing him numbers that resonate in our lives. When I arrived at the train station to pick up my son,nthe time was 9:11. We all know how special that number is. Life didn't get easier after that encounter.. Wow. Just... wow. I think I now know what the 'whale-like beings of pure light and love' I met on my first DMT trip are. I got no specific cosmic insights from them other than the knowledge they exist... but they, too, told me I am loved, I am so very special, and I am protected.
They were incredible beings. To be touched by one of their minds was unlike anything I had ever experienced. I hope they're right about Humanity meeting ET's within my lifetime. I'd love to meet another Pleiadian some day.

I so much wanted to be open hearted about these possibilities, but after hearing things like ' genes being given to some species' etc, the meaning of 'channelling' becomes immediately obvious to whom that understands genes and species on earth. I feel like channeling for the most part wouldn’t involve “voices” but experiences involving ego death that one would have some stream of consciousness that is far beyond one’s own experiences
