Even though the character switch in gta V was made to compensate for the hardware limitations at the time I think it also added some weight and life to the open world seeing it branch out and swoop across the map was actually cool and in the new editions it's quick enough now where you don't feel out of the action at all so if they strip it away in favour of just a basic character swap that's a real shame. I doubt they will, I feel like it will have that same immersive feel to it for sure

What about being able to customize the weapons. If we choose to make Pistols Lucia prime weapon, we should be able to customize them the way we wish like to put a compensation or magazine to add more ammo or sll the above.
Most likely you will buy guns and they will save in your car then you can switch between them in the vehicle and see what you would like to take out of your vehicle
