They failed to complete the 5 cue and 2 double jump shot. Andy said his 2 double jumps have to be done before the last ball of the 5 cue jump goes into the pocket. It clearly shows the 5 balls going in first before the last of the 2 doubles goes in. Wrongly awarded point in my opinion.
