As someone who studied full time at uni for 6 years, I am constantly in awe of your ability to juggle your studies, youtube channel, work and socialising! Your passion and commitment inspires me, keep doing what you're doing girl xxx
Congrats! so happy for u! I remember watching ur QCS results vid so cool to see how far you’ve come. I finished uni for the year 2 weeks ago and have been so happy ever since haha so nice to not be stressed
Ahhhh... UQ. Brings back so many memories. I still ride my bike past there and occasionally wander through the Great Court. Funnily enough, I’m now doing a masters at QUT. Way more sterile at Gardens Point!
Rachel Catherine it’s not a bad thing though!!! Loved the video and congratulations on finishing your last year of university!! Such a huge accomplishment especially with how hard you have worked 🎉🥰
Yes! But it's different during the whole video, not just for the first 10 min 😬. I even watched one of the previous videos to make sure I'm not crazy 😂. I feel like she must've done something with the audio while editing, cause it sounds like the pitch is a little bit lower or something
I love that you are aware of how important it is to take breaks inbetween study and have learnt what works best for you. I think that what runs a lot of uni students into depression and over stress is not taking breaks or taking the time needed for their family, friends and personal lives. I love how you addressed those comments and I really hope you continue knowing how hard you work and that you need time for yourself outside of everything. ♡♡
Crazy to think I watched your OP reveal and now I’m watching your last week of uni! I’ve just finished my first year. I can’t imagine how good you feel to be done. 💜
I feel so lucky to know what I want to do in the future, sometimes I forget that not all degrees put you straight into a job. With that said, I am so so proud of you finishing up your degree, despite finding it hard and I just know you will find joy and success in your life. Well done Rach!
Omg literally loved your vlogs so so much and omg yes you should always take time away from work especially as it can get so exhausting haha I would have been the person to watch a whole season in one day I get so addicted! Literally love your videos so much 💕💕
So crazy, I remember we both had our first week of university classes at the same time and I've also just finished up. Congratulations! It's been nice to follow along at the same time as you :)
I'm loving these longer vlogs! You should be so proud of yourself for taking time for yourself to watch an episode, I struggle with being so hard on myself if I feel like I'm not working hard or long enough.
Watching this makes me miss studying, weird right. I graduated high school a few weeks ago and now I have over a month until my final results come out for uni, having this much free time is almost stressful!!!! Btw, love your videos and congrats on finishing uni xx
How can people be so rude and expect someone to study 24 hours a day? They may only saw 4 second clip on your instagram story how do they know you were not studying all day. At the end of every study session everyone needs a reward and yours was watching tv, others could be something else. Keep doing what your doing girl ! YOU ARE AMAZING
in regards to the sugar addiction, you can buy gum that can reduce snacking and cravings which i found helped me so much during my degree! Its called Reducta, and can be found in woolies and coles in the health food isle near the protein bars! Its on special quite often! When i get the craving i just have a peice of gum and it takes away that craving! I hope this helps :) Also, congratulations on finishing your last year of uni! I also graduate and finish up this year! Cazy that i watched your videos all through your senior years of high school, and now you are officially finished! I also vlogged my last clinical placement out at Port Macquarie which was absolutely beautiful! Best place to finish my degree!
Any tips for dealing with pressure that you put onto yourself going through exams?? I get so mad at myself if I don't get a HD at uni, and the pressure going into them knowing in the back of my mind I could have studied more is drowning me. What do you usually get in assignments/exams?
best of luck with graduation and everything after!! going to miss your uni vlogs so much, you have taught me so much, gave me so many tips and inspired me so much with uni so thankyou! 💘 (and I’ve asked for an iPad for Xmas bc I love how you do your notes on it hehe)
girl, dont listen to them. about to start my first semester of uni (eek!!!) and your ability to balance work, life and school is so inspiring, ive done nothing but work and watch greys anatomy for the past 3 months lol . anyway, congrats on finshing! ive been binging ur vids, so while its been 3 years for you, it been 2 days for me ahaha!! x
Rachel one way to stop eating sugar or anything else is to wane off of it over time. Each time or each week reduce your intake of sugar by a small amount until you can decide to just not use it at all. I think technically we need some sugar as a part of our diet, and I also think that suddenly changing from however much sugar we eat to none would actually be harmful. Of course the best person to ask is your doctor.
Just started watching you and your so motivational, I really struggle balancing work, hobbies, college work and I'm going to uni soon! Watching you totally distresses me don't stop what your doing because you seem to be smashing it!x
Awh so exciting! I’m finishing this year with my honours degree and it feels so weird! I honestly can understand why university has been hard for you when you mentioned friends. I have been so blessed to find amazing friends at uni and without them I’m not sure I would have made it through at all. I’m so happy for you though with finishing and being able to pursue what you want 😁 I also love that you did address that uni may not always be as amazing and exciting as people tell you it is cause I definitely feel that. Anyways I’m gonna stop now 😂 Loved the vid and good luck with whatever is next for you!
Good on you for taking a break! I'm such a workaholic as I work full time and I also do youtube, which is actually a lot more work than people think! I have a flat that I share with my fiance so I'm trying to keep that clean & we are also trying to plan our wedding. Life gets stressful & if you don't take a break, you will get sick coz your body will physically need a break. Also gossip girl is sooo addictive! Such a good show! :D
A couple of friends and I are eating sugar-free at the moment! (it's so helpful to do it with other people to keep yourself accountable) To make it easier for ourselves to begin with, we just decided that we can have any food/drink with the sugar content being maximum 10g per 100g, excluding natural sugars in fruits etc. It's worked really well for me to just reduce the amount of sugar I have, I hope this helps! ps. your happiness about finishing your degree and excitement about life is contagious! a real smile is on my face, you're an inspiration ❤️
Congratulations 🥳 it’s the best feeling when you graduate from university. I did not enjoy uni either (part from studying what I was passionate about) so I was happy when I finished. What will you do now that you have finished? Go enjoy and live life to the fullest
Most relatable video I've ever seen. I'm finishing my undergrad degree in psychology this year and I still don't have any idea as to what I'm going to do next year
Hey Rachel, have you considered getting blue light glasses? I found its helped heaps with getting sore/dry eyes from working in an office 9 hours a day.
Can you say the name of the thrift shops you go to? I really struggle to find some good ones around the Brisbane area and you always seem to have a lot of luck!
You look so happy on this vlog and I’m super happy for you can’t wait to get done with my degree too also if you wanna cut on sugar you could try a week without sugar (and takes us along with you through the experience) then if you want you can go back on eating sugar but in less amounts of course 😅
Wow, that's insane that people came at you for watching one episode:O And nobody should tell someone how someone else should live their life. I will miss your Uni vlogs... But congrats on finishing uni
when you have your quizzes, are they on campus? if so, are they set out like an exam or are they in lecture theatre? 😂 the only quizzes ive had to do have been online and im so curious!
Congratulations! It's the weirdest feeling being done. I finished my last assignment last Friday, and don't really know what to do with myself in this free time. I wish you the best of luck with your results and your exam (don't know when Brissy exam timetables work, whether there's SWOTVAC or just jump straight in after Week 13) Finishing your bachelor's is an immense achievement, and you deserve the study break. Sending you all the best from the bit with the Bight xxx (Also, how do you find typing on the iPad, do you have the keyboard attachment? Is it a good alternative to a laptop for typing/word processing? Or do you just jot with the pencil?)
Actually, it is probably a good idea to get experience in the workplace. It allows you to practice what you've learned formally and provides time to explore. Please, look for that which keeps you passionate about life. You don't always need advanced degrees to be successful in any endeavor. You are a disciplined student and using such skill on a regular basis negates any necessity to pursue academic life. Remember, I'm rooting for you. I know a few things about people. And you will always be to drawer, and I don't mean underpants.
If you have a really bad craving for sugar have a teaspoon of peanut butter and it takes the craving away. **disclaimer-not for people who have a nut allergy**
See I can't buy my own food so I can't do this myself unfortunately, but if you just keep buying healthy things and stay away from the sugary things, eventually you will stop wanting sugary things. Hope this helps.
Cutting out sugar is not the solution! Take it from me, who has a past of trying to restrict food groups, restriction just makes it worse. Sugar is not as addictive as diet culture makes it seem. Let yourself enjoy treats, there's nothing wrong with that! I recommend looking into intuitive eating. Diet culture is all around us and it's so negative. I'm not criticising you at all, just trying to help!
As someone who studied full time at uni for 6 years, I am constantly in awe of your ability to juggle your studies, youtube channel, work and socialising! Your passion and commitment inspires me, keep doing what you're doing girl xxx

Anyone else feel like Rachel's voice sounded different in the first 10 minutes until 10:30?
Selflessy Yes I literally came here to comment that!
I noticed that too and I have no clue why 😬 I’m genuinely so confused 😂
Rachel Catherine it’s not a bad thing though!!! Loved the video and congratulations on finishing your last year of university!! Such a huge accomplishment especially with how hard you have worked 🎉🥰
Selflessy I think it’s legit just exam burn out 🤣 feel that
Yes! But it's different during the whole video, not just for the first 10 min 😬. I even watched one of the previous videos to make sure I'm not crazy 😂. I feel like she must've done something with the audio while editing, cause it sounds like the pitch is a little bit lower or something

EDITING OMG ON FIREEEE. hungry jacks relatable content. also the rant is so genuine
Crazy to think I watched your OP reveal and now I’m watching your last week of uni! I’ve just finished my first year. I can’t imagine how good you feel to be done. 💜

I just finished my Degree at Griffith Uni, and honestly I've never felt so stress free!
So proud of you Rachel. ❤
I feel so lucky to know what I want to do in the future, sometimes I forget that not all degrees put you straight into a job. With that said, I am so so proud of you finishing up your degree, despite finding it hard and I just know you will find joy and success in your life. Well done Rach!

Feels like you were in uni for 2 minutes but it was actually years.. where does time gooo ?! So proud x
I'm loving these longer vlogs! You should be so proud of yourself for taking time for yourself to watch an episode, I struggle with being so hard on myself if I feel like I'm not working hard or long enough.
Your work ethic and motivation is super encouraging Rach! SO excited to see what God has planned for you after uni 💛
Watching this makes me miss studying, weird right. I graduated high school a few weeks ago and now I have over a month until my final results come out for uni, having this much free time is almost stressful!!!! Btw, love your videos and congrats on finishing uni xx
I honestly aspire to be as productive as Rachel

Rest is necessary, it’s holy. Do what you need to do girl and take care of yourself ❤️❤️❤️
Preach girl! Who even sends those kind of DMs? Craziness

I can’t believe you are at the end of uni I feel like it was just yesterday that you started uni
Can you say the name of the thrift shops you go to? I really struggle to find some good ones around the Brisbane area and you always seem to have a lot of luck!

i love u videos 𝚁𝚊𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚕 🥰 they are so interesting and helpful xxx
Anyone know what Rachel does for work that is not YT and being and influenced and all that stuff? Love her
The hustle culture comments were so tru oh my. I’m in yr 10 and I always feel like I should be doing stuff.
yay been waiting for you or georgia to post a vlog ^.^
loved this video!! Where is your phone case from btw?
Does princess polly still have the dress you were wearing at the beginning of the video? Can’t seem to find it 😕
Izzy Scott it’s the sandy mini dress! i have it and love it sm 😘
also whats your study routine? are you a full time or part time student?
when you have your quizzes, are they on campus? if so, are they set out like an exam or are they in lecture theatre? 😂 the only quizzes ive had to do have been online and im so curious!
I go to her uni but study a different degree. For me it depends on the subject some are online and some are in person.
Ahhh gonna miss your university vlogs😩😩✊🏻
And can you do a video on how to manage your time with assignments, social life, etc.?
THOSE WHITE BOOTS!! where'd you find them, they are so flattering 😍
the thumbnail is so nice!
Congratulations! It's the weirdest feeling being done. I finished my last assignment last Friday, and don't really know what to do with myself in this free time. Congratulations!!! Your faithfulness to Christ has been very encouraging to me, best of wishes to your future :)
Why didn't you have the best experience at uni? Like why didn't you enjoy it? Did you think you would when U left high school?
will you be doing a house tour soon? xx
What do you do for your work
Im happy 4 u. 💙👍
I loveeee 😍😍😍

Is Rachel a full time UA-camr now, or does she still have another Job?
I'm pretty sure she works part time at another job
Omg Rachel, haven’t you heard that if you get hit by a jacaranda flower you’ll fail all your exams? That’s like the biggest UQ superstition 😂😂😂
If you have a really bad craving for sugar have a teaspoon of peanut butter and it takes the craving away. **disclaimer-not for people who have a nut allergy**
What do you plan on doing with your Bachelor of Psychology? Will you do Honours and Masters and become a registered Psychologist?
aha good luck afterwards!
Are you not doing your honours year?
Chloe P @15:50
See I can't buy my own food so I can't do this myself unfortunately, but if you just keep buying healthy things and stay away from the sugary things, eventually you will stop wanting sugary things. Hope this helps.
Ik, ppl have told me that high school would be so much better...but its not
So Rachel is not graduating with Honours?
Yes she explained it in the video.
@@ilikepeanuts5 Wow. Nice I didn't know you can do that🤩🤩
U know you’re early when it says 4 views although there’s already 10 likes 😯
Omg hahaha I can’t believe people were being so weird about you watching TV?!
maybe replace unhealthy sugary snacks with healthier once. For example, I like dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, mango, pear ect)
Dried fruit sometimes has more sugar then lollies if sugar is something you want to reduce
Yeah dried fruit isn’t that good for you.
@@ashnvdw true. good to look for the more natural or reduced sugar ones
Wohooooo
Hey Rachel, just wanted to let you know im prouf of you
Enjoy the sugar! There are worse addictions... :)
Ik, you need to take a break. They can't tell you what to do.
