Indeed…🙏🏼 I’m glad you resonated with it, and thanks for watching! Hope all is well with you :)
I have always dodge'da'draft on _The_ _Loudness_ _War_ thing, with the exception of those analog tape days when I had to fight off the noise floor from multiple track bounces (and turn it down during the final mix). In digital, I drive it in the exact reverse order.
perfect silence
Love it
@@seth5394 Thank you and so glad to hear:) I hope all is well with you!
Deep thought, I agree. Thanks!
I friggin' loved this video! I think this is one I'll come back to. A great reminder of the importance of mindset when creating music. It's so so easy to start working from mental templates, rather than feeling. Being aware of this I think is a sure-fire path to success.
@@64ccd Wow thank you, and so happy to hear 🙏🏼
Informative & meditative video. 😌🙏🏼
I agree! 🤠

@@ariadnatellez1747 Thank you Mrs Ariadna! 😊🙏🏼
how do I know the mix is done? not that complicated: or I compare to reference and feel the same power I was looking for at the beginning or time is up.
Great question, but one that is difficult to answer. I would say that it is something you just know, in the same way Picasso knew that the Mona Lisa was done;)
It just feels right. Having said that, when working with clients, it is also up to them. When it comes to reference tracks, I am personally not a fan of using them. It can be very distracting to listen to another piece of art while creating a new one. But I know a lot of people disagree on that one.
