There is so much to discover about Prince going from 1978 to 2016. Many types of music. He is mind blowing playing all instrument, dancing, voice, band leader, etc.
@@SKReacts001 Yes, Prince was a lot when he was young. He said in his BET honors in 2010, "I used to be pretty wild in my youth." Facts lol but he evolved a lot over the years.
The sheer number of instruments he could play, and play amazingly, is shocking! Truly a musical genius. Also wrote numerous hit songs for other artists.
You are one of the few who picked up on the hand signals to direct the band. Impressive! This is nothing compared to what he did during the Dirty Mind and Controversy tours. Way less clothes and way more “innuendo” 😂 And, yes, he was Chris Brown way before Chris Brown. Love your Prince reactions and am happy to hear you plan to do more. 💜💜💜
Prince was only like 24-25 at most when he did this song so grown man naw but definitely entertaining and did this kinda stuff waaay before it was done by any others!!! My man a real entertainer and definitely a musical GENIUS!!! Miss you Prince!!
@@SKReacts001 He was 22 when he wrote and recorded Head, this performance was on his 28th birthday (hence, why he says "happy birthday" at the start. The Revolution get the audience to sing happy birthday to him halfway through this gig - it's very cute!
This is "Parental Advisory Label" Prince. He could make us girls come just by watching him at a live concert like this!! He was a badass, sexy mf!!! I am SO GLAD we have him on "tape"~ and fervently hope the archivists take special care of everything he left behind. RIP your royal highness 💜💜💜
@@Mindflux_Zubzub yeah I know. Always going commando and I’m not complaining 🤣 what I meant by my comment was there was no point us ladies wearing any underwear when Prince was around 🤣 He was the king of the panty dropping club!
@@SallyKinley-4prn I guess i shoulda said he didn't either, just to be more clear. Those were the days though...sadly missed (though, I got more than my fair share - saw him 55 times between 1986 and 2013 (incl. aftershows)
MJ was for kids! Prince was for adults! He was bloody amazing and always pushing the boundaries. It makes me laugh how some of the younger generation are shocked by how sexual his performances were! Have we actually gone backwards? Back in the day we weren't offended by everything ... we were all for it! Prince was so damn sexy, listen to the screaming ladies in the audience. They 'get it'. He was hot 🥵🌶🥵
Great reaction! Prince was ALWAYS pushing boundaries-sexually, musically, and otherwise. It made him one of the most unpredictable Artists out there In the music game for a generation. It was stunning how bold he was out there on stage sometimes. To be honest at this place in life I almost wonder if there might have been a some kind of a dissociative identity disorder going on there with him during those onstage antics. I used to find it funny, but now i’m left with more questions than laughs. How does a young man learn exhibitionist behaviors like that when practically nobody else out there in the music scene was doing this. Mind you, this performance was 1985-just one year after his popularity and commercial success hit the Stratosphere with the Purple Rain album and movie. But the sexuality and catering to the female members of the audience in such an intimate way was a very unique element to Prince’s artistry. And he did it like no other male artist out there was doing it. You’d be safe doing a reaction to the video for this song. It’s pretty G rated visually.
AND THAT'S WHY WE LOVE PRINCE!! NO ONE PERFORMED LIKE HIM💜💜💜. Next you have to see It's Gonna Be A Beautiful Night. Prince in top form and the band is totally off the chain!!
OMG! U were blushing😂❤. When I tell u my life's soundtrack was written, composed and performed by the one and only PRINCE himself. I'm a diehard fan. He has sooo many AMAZING performances I could recommend but since u seem 2 be kind of a newbie I'd start with Superbowl if u haven't seen it. I hope u enjoy his talent as much as I do.
Dude this was tame for real… You should check out one of the Controversy tour performances and the 1999 tour Houston shows. They are the definition of P pushing boundaries ( all in a good way). 😊
Should check out Sheila E's solo stuff. Glamorous Life or Love Bizarre. He called her out like he did because she is so talented and was guest playing with the band.
This must be during that short-lived time before Sign O' The Times when he started The Family for David Z and brought in Sheila E. but still had the other members of the Revolution. It's also after The Family had done their '85 album. Jerome Benton is in the background. This is probably circa '86?
He can play every instrument and especially shreds on guitar . Prince wears 3 inch heels but could take anyone’s girl . Believe it .. he was straight as an arrow . Kids these days have him all wrong .. Prince was a STUD ⭐️☑️
You wasn't going to find prince stuff on UA-cam. he worked hard to keep it off he wanted to get paid. The day after he died UA-cam was flooded with his music.
Why are men so “bothered” by these performances… 😂This is nothing compared to todays explicit videos and lyrics😂😂but in the early 80’s this was groundbreaking, exciting and we hungered for more…this I’d “rudeboy” Prince all day😁 btw…Chris Brown is not even in this man’s league.
