ya right now I'm not that motivated but I still make it to the gym anyways it's always depressing when you come off a cycle and lose strength it's like weight that was light a month ago is heavy again. (benched 225 x 12 and now I'm 5 repping it again, so fucking annoying)
pbhenry3 Ya I'm over the whole being shredded thing I bounced from 5% back to 15-17% bodyfat pretty quickly lol, I was 188 at my lightest this year I have a video when I did a horribly hitched 565 but it was 3 x bodyweight.
The gym I normally train at is called Quads it has an actual deadlift platform and oldschool stuff you can kinda see it in the last video where I did some poverty benching, but I only go to this one when my training partner punks out cause he drives us to the other one cause I don't have a car because my bench isn't the only thing that's poverty.
