Don't forget to check the crawl space under the home for maintenance needed

While onsite, the Helpful Home Inspector found some damage in the crawl space. Don't forget to check out your basement or crawl space periodically to make sure your home is well maintained. Remember the better you take care of your house, the better it will take care of you!

Another thing you need to watch out for is that furnace. That's one with the Known heat exchanger failures Carrier/ Bryant/ Payne/DayNight between 1989 & 2013 ish... I can't believe it But I actually see people selling those online as used furnace, all of them started failing after 8 to 12 yrs, the replacement exchanger was even worse (complete failure after 5yrs). Do your homework people and get COMPETENT heating contractor.
