I. have been takening Digestive Enzymes pills with every meal to aid in digestion.I also take 4 miligrams of Zofram to help me keep my food down. It helps me not feel nauseous when I eat. Sometimes it doesn’t help at all and on those days i just Drink Fluids
I feel sick like nauseous without my regiment.
I lost32 pounds in two months due to eating problems in. the past 6 months.
still get constipatation even though change in diet, doesn’t happen as often in the last moth since i have started my pill regiment at each major meal. Snacks meals i just eat enough to get me through to next meal.😂
Daily nusea and vomiting and pain cant eat at all no help
What does it mean when you can not eat anything with oil, butter, or fried foods?
I e been in the ER several times. It’s horrific pain. Doctors don’t give it the credit of how disabling this is.
You're right! To me, it's like they don't care. They tell me your vital signs are good, your not dying, then they discharge u😢..
Yup. Your labs are fine. Adios. Better luck next time.
I’m in the ER right now dealing with a severe case of this. I had my stomach rebuilt in 2012 months later they had to go in and redo ↪️ the entire surgery. All these years later I had 6 hernias repaired in November now here we are back at one. I hate this. It’s unfair it’s effecting my everyday life. I just hope this next surgery doesn’t misfire and send me down the road to a feeding tube!! I’m so sad 😞 I don’t know what to do anymore 😢
I would NOT getanother surgery!period
I keep burping a lot, sometimes I can burp for a very long time after I ate the food, like proteins and some vegetables, but it also affect my mood and feels generally horrible, no one in my surrounding believes me for real. Somehow it affects my blood sugar I become extremely sleepy after meal, and feel sick and I usually don't go back to normal, I'm literally two different persons before and after I eat. I do believe I have chronic underlying stress and it's probably a part of this.
Sleepy after a meal could mean too much carbs try lowering them and fast
You could have SIBO. Dr William Davis wrote a book called "Super Gut". He has a website where you can order L- reuteri probiotic capsules - they are the only probiotics that colonize the small intestine, so they are the best treatment for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth...

Yeah, who wants that, KellyRae? :)
It has stolen 14yrs of my life I'm that sick day in day out i cant eat I'm so miserable
i think the REAL question is why are so many people suddenly having this issue lately? I've seen an uptick in the number of people who cant digest their food and are sick. My son is 34 and is currently under a dr care to find out why hes having these same issues. Ive been dealing with it for about 2 yrs not knowing whats wrong me and symptoms have escalated. misery.
Thank you so much for making it make sense! im so glad you showed up in my feed like a knight in shining armor. love your sense of humor as well😂
I appreciate that. This new video on this topic may shed more light: ua-cam.com/video/-gxhYtADLGA/v-deo.html
I've heard the uptick is due to medications like ozempic that can cause it and covid. Mine is post covid GP.
Pro kinetics?
Definitely, there are reasons why we're seeing more, like long covid, but also I think people are just getting diagnosed more. Lots of people suffered with it in the past and just never got a diagnosis. I had known GI problems (gerd, colitis, ibs) and it still took years to get diagnosed and I had to REALLY push for the testing to get done. And I only pushed so hard because I knew I had it because my daughter has it due to her CP. So I knew what test to ask for and everything. Her doctors acknowledge hers because she has to be fed very slowly by j tube, but they STILL never formally diagnosed her. She puked 5 times during her motility test and they said it was normal. 🙄
Don't take ppis they made mine worse, try prucalopride to kickstart your digestion and ginger and globe artichoke
I feel the same way
what to eat?
How? When?

Can you speak more on the minerals? I’ve had Gastroparesis for over a decade and suffer everyday…
I cry...I just want to eat and drink again. Dr's just tell us it's all in our heads. I have lost 10st because of it. I am just so glad I was so obese to begin with. I'm not diabetic but I have hypos because I go 5-7 days without food or drink because the pain is so intense. I have a tube but even that feed causes me pain. I go to a+e and they just say I'm doing it for attention. That makes me cry more. I had to do a Gofundme to raise enough to get my gallbladder out as I have gallstones and that is added on extra pain. I have gallstones because the pain from eating and drinking has caused me to vomit so much they have caused gallstones. They tried to blame my diet on my gallstones by saying I eat too much dairy products...but I am vegan and have been for 20 plus years and I am also lactose intolerant. Dr's don't listen to us and just don't care.

@mikecarreca7864 That's what happened to me. I did learn one of my problems is actually Pelvic Floor Dysplasia. I'm supposed to be seeing someone about Biofeedback, but haven't yet.
I had a hiatal hernia that kind of blew up. Twisted my stomach and shove it up into my heart. I had stomach, heart, and esopugas surgery. And it caused permanent nerve damage including my vegas nerve. My gastroparesis is permanent. This all happened in April this year. I vomit when i poop. Have to go with a bowl in my lap. It sucks. Several in my support group also have this problem. Any info on this would be appreciated.
This is heartbreaking. Im deeply sorry for all of u. God bless u and give you a solution soon.
I have had gastroparesis for 10 years, I've had four surgeries to rule out any other underlying causes. I have been left with a GJ tube. It is excruciating to know that I cannot eat normal foods a process them and then
When I am out of tube feeding I have to eat mashed potatoes, pureed foods and at night I vomit and pray that I don't aspirate. Medicare advantage doesn't work well with young disabled persons who need a constant supply of not only the two feeding but also the wound care supplies for the stoma
Do you have any vídeo just about acid stomach?
I've been taking HCL tablets with food. Amazing difference first time.
Great job finding some answers and thanks for sharing your results.
Jeff, how many hydrochloric acid capsules do you take with meals? I usually only eat one meal per day that would require hydrochloric acid capsules, and I am up to five capsules now. This is kind of wild to me, because I have been dealing with mild digestive and significant constipation issues for decades, but my symptoms have been more annoying and persistent than severe, so I have dealt with them. I figured I would only need to do maybe one or two capsules with meals along with a probiotic capsule each evening, so I was definitely not expecting to reach 5 or more capsules.
I am perceiving by watching your videos that you like the day Thursday 🤔😉

That sounds pretty logical indeed. What would be the cause of the opposite side of the problem, dumping syndrome (rapid gastric emptying), possibly too much stomach acid too quickly?
It can be. This video talks about other possible causes as well: ua-cam.com/video/HUw3NuPGswI/v-deo.html
Omg i wished my drs were like this dr. I have been diagnosed in august 2021 and then in September i was admitted to the hospital bc of complications from Gastroparesis ( malnutrition, severe weight loss, severe symptoms, and electrolytes in balanced ). They literally did something about my complications when i lost 20kg in a MONTH. Around octobre they started me on TPN and i was on it for 3 month then they said they will try liquid food wish had failed then feeding tube came into pictures. I was so terrified about it i started forcing myself to eat food and 5 minutes later sobbing in pain then vomiting just didn’t wanted a feeding tube. I have been discharged in January. Then everything went downhill they readmitted 2 weeks later for NOW blood sugar issues ( hypo ) then i was on TPN for a month and half. I accepted at that point because i was just so exhausted about everything. Got my feeding tube in 2 weeks later I’ve been discharged. Admitted AGAIN for complications. I literally spend it 2022 in the hospital. 2 months after the feeding tube was placed i had my first infection of my feeding tube then they put me on antibiotics were 2 of them caused anaphylaxis reaction because the type of bacteria wasn’t responded to the antibiotics. Then they referred me to infectious disease doctor after a long testing finally they put me on antibiotics. By the time they got the right one it was in December 2022. They didn’t wanted to do surgery while am having active infection cause they said they didn’t wanted to move the infection around which was understandable. In april 2023 i had the surgery ( they put it a new site, feeding tube in my jejunum for feed and one in my stomach for suction ). In September 2022 they diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes then i had a new MD that took me serious and saw i spend it a year and so in hospitals. Then we had a plan were he started me on IV THERAPY. Now i have a picc line that goes in my heart for meds, surgery, infusion and hydration at home. Since i started that my life has changed my symptoms are very well managed by the meds and everything and my dehydration as well. Now i have a feeding tube and central line -in and i am at very high risk of sepsis becs of i have 2 site even tho the picc line is SO SO DANGEROUS. So i just shared my story to encourage “ Gastroparesis community “ DON’T STOP AVOCATING FOR YOURSELF and trust me there is a MD out there that REALLY CARES about his/her patient so try to find a doctor that can take you serious and even tho this disease is incurable your symptoms will decrease significantly.
My Daughter is 21 the Dr said she might have MALS look into that for the longest time she has been suffering with Gastroparesis it’s almost the same MALS can be detected by CT scan we are just waiting for her scan date here I. Canada it’s a joke to get a test done right away hope this helps
How did you get her GP or GI to look into this for the CT? I'm in Canada too, been suffering for months now. Tests are so far spread out. They just found slow emptying with scopes after 3 months waiting for them from the GI. But I have other issues going on too, and want to rule out everything.
I used to sleep after eating and suddenly had the issue of delayed gastric emptying. Later i was diagnosed with h pylori. I did the treatment but still got the problem.

@@vbrandon1858it sounds like low acid. Try increasing your acid, instead of using acid blockers. There are different pills out there. I take standard process, Zypan and Chlorophyll Complex. I went to all kinds of Dr.s couldn’t get a Diagnosis. These pills have helped. It might take a month or so to start improving, because your system is messed up from antacids. I don’t understand why Dr.s keep sticking people on antacids for everything stomach related. Antiacids takes all the acid out of your gut. Our stomachs was built for acid. And antacids destroy your organs over time.
Ennema kit.. its a rectum flush, so you take in alot of water , and then after 6-12 minuttes, go out. And the stol,s will be soft, and you can get it out like that.. besides that.. exercise everyday…

@@vbrandon1858 its a lifesaver. I use mine every 3 days, and keep track on the weightscale if i am in dangerzone. If you are heavy constipated, you can do severel after each other, to get initially cleaned up.. you can put in some epsom salt (magnesium salt) as it will help soften, as it binds to the stool. But else get a waterr filtration, so you water is quite clean, a thermometer (37-40 degree is where u want to be) (look up farenheit if american ), and get used to it.. some coconut oil for lubrication on tube. Find a good spot where to hang the bag.. get plastic bags, for safety coverup benath. Something to lift the butt up, like a nice soft rollerpillow under hips, maybe some water in buckets, for wipings, etc.. its quickly becomes a routine, that is manageble, and will be the exact tool you need to empty colons, when needed to. If you take Protonix and still vomit bile frequently (while having idiopathic gastroparesis) - then wouldn’t that mean that you still have more than enough (probably still too much??) acid in your gut? What then??

But if you're throwing up frequently, you REALLY need to go through our free digestion course to figure out what is going wrong and causing that. Mayo Clinic is a complete joke. They prey on stupid people. My father and I had been doing this for years before we went to Mayo and he found out their dirty, purposely flawed system. It's way too much to write here but if you want to contact me, I could give you a long expose full of horror stories on how they operate, the clueless specialists, their scheduling system, etc. They use their name but have nothing to back it up. All they have is the name. If you have anything slightly out-of-the-box and not "meat a d potatoes" basic issues, Mayo will waste and waste and waste your money and your sanity.
The introduction with the female voice is really irritating
So the glad the info is good enough to make you want to sit through it. :)
It's meant to be to draw you to it a bit.
I've been told I have idiopathic gastroparisis and underwent dialation of the pylorus and botox injection which didn't work.
Recent diagnostics solutions stool test showed I have h. Pylori which is in the acceptable range. I take famotidine due gastroparisis and next week will meet my GI Consultant what to do next.
I am crying in a daily basis and don't know what to do. I want to take Betaine HCL but have reactive gastropathy.
My gut is a mess.
I keep getting told also vagus nerve is damaged. If it was damaged then why are other major organs functioning correctly.
I have to rely on blended or pureed foods, smoothies and soups.
I don't know how to increase my stomach acid due to the gastritis
HI Naveed. It sounds like you're coming to the realization that you might need to figure this out yourself, much like I did. 23 doctors couldn't help me because they are not educated on the underlying cause. I help clients with cases like yours all the time, but they can be complicated and each person is quite different. But I would start by going through our totally free digestion course found here: kickitnaturally.com/course
That course contains info about working with me one on one for those who get stuck or feel like their case is too complicated. But you may also benefit from listing to this podcast episode on trouble starting HCL: kickitnaturally.com/episode312/
Let us know how it goes.
How are you feeling now mate? I've also been diagnosed with idiopathic Gastroparesis which occured after severe gastritis. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻
Hi KickItNatutally, I'd love to try Betaine HCL, but the gastritis I have called reactive gastropathy prevents me.
Also, I can't take HCL, until I get rid of h. Pylori
