I called in last week to apply a portion of this credit to a seat upgrade, and the gentleman I spoke with asked if I needed to apply any of the remaining credit to my transit charges (Lyft). So not really a hack, but from my experience, it’s more of the luck of the draw with which representative you get on the line
How long did it take from when you requested the product change to when you finally got the priority pass card? Is there an option to get the digital card sooner?
It took a month - I had to call Chase twice. I was supposed to have access to the digital card right away, but I also have PP with a few other cards, so I think it confused the PP site, which isn’t the best.
I have the chase bonbon boundless and recently got the Amex brilliant to get me platinum status (I am 3 years from achieving lifetime but not traveling as much so this will help me on my last 3 years). I had planned to product change to the Ritz but just not sure I see the value in the card.
Awesome - I like the brilliant, but it didn’t serve me as much value since I already have lifetime plat status. I definitely see the value for anyone that doesn’t have platinum and can get value from the dining credit, 85k FNA and other benefits. Ritz card needs to be bumped up to $525-550 and include platinum status
