Todays video was the full series of the reboot of the old series I did "What If Goku Was Born The Legendary Super Saiyan?" or "What If Goku Was The Legendary Super Saiyan?". I see a few flaws in the story. Mind you, there were some excellent points here, however the narrative changes drastically the way this is presented. I also haven’t watched any further than the fight with King Piccolo, so please consider this when responding.
I like how you give updated power levels fairly often, such as saying that his power level was x at y point in time.
I can appreciate that you acknowledged that there were points in the original DB series that were traumatic enough to trigger the Legendary Super Saiyan transformation.
One thing that changes by giving him a power level of 300,000 transformed against King Piccolo is that by the time he would fight Vegeta in Z, he’d have enough experience in dealing with the transformation to not die against Raditz, and he’d have a base power strong enough to obliterate Vegeta, and still deal with Frieza with little trouble, even without Kaio Ken. He also wouldn’t obtain the Spirit Bomb.
In an effort to stay relatively close to the narrative, having Goku hit his head would still be an important piece of the puzzle. Also, since he is a Saiyan and doesn’t have enough experience in controlling a transformation, it seems very unlikely that he would be able to revert back to normal as soon as he kills King Piccolo. He would probably still be uncontrollable for a little while longer, and without proper training, for the first time using that form, it would probably exhaust him, even if he didn’t take much damage at all. The amnesia from the fall was stated in canon to tame his temper, which would surely make his potential slightly less apparent, since the LSSJ is mostly rage-driven. It would be less apparent until Frieza, and the narrative would be less of “Goku obliterates everything in his path because of LSSJ transformation” and more of “Goku learns to control his uncontrollable power while continuing to grow.”
You put forth a very good effort, and the way you tell the story is good, but the changes that were made that early on in the narrative killed it for me. I hope that even one thing that I’ve mentioned here helps you in your journey to making greater content!

You and Gokut23 does the best stories on "What If?". Keep it up and you deserve way more subscribers than this.

This is a weird but at the same time interesting what-if scenario. What if Tarble and Vegeta switched places. Tarble would be born first but Vegeta would still have the stronger power-level at birth.
well Tarble would most likely still be exiled for how weak he is

that would be bad for Goku, if he were he wouldn't be able to intervene in the affairs of mortals with his true power or he would get erased. At least that's the standard protocol.
that's very true. Although if there was a scenario of what if goku was born with angel ki, even though it sounds so out of this world and impossible, the what if would have to really dig deep to make it interesting. Angel ki granted to a Saiyan at birth is extremely broken, especially with all of the abilities he could very likely figure out or come up with.

I have one thing to say, even though this is an old video I hope you read this. I've been pondering on this theory, in the what ifs where Frieza truly dies on Namek. Why would Goku continue his killing intent when his nature is to try to spare? Cell of course would die, because he would know Cell has Frieza's DNA, but in this situation, Frieza never got a chance to be spared. If there's such a power gap, shouldn't Goku attempt to spare Buu? This could lead to a small arc where Buu eventually splits, then Goku being Buu's ally, kills the evil Buu.

I really enjoyed this but you do know that there can only be 1 Legendary Super Saiyan every 1,000 years right 🤔
That's what the legend says, I am well aware of that. However in cannon Goku was considered the legendary super saiyan until Broly was created. Meaning the regular super saiyan form was the legendary super saiyan form and A LOT of people had that.
When does broly take cause kale had a legendary super saiyan form in the T.O.P and I think goku vs broly is after dbs

I really liked this what if, but in the final fight between Legendary SSJ Blue Goku and Golden Cell, why didn't he use the Ikari state? The 10× increase would have destroyed Cell

@@SacredSaiyan He knows Freeza has multiple transformations and he knows what wish he will make ;p i mean it's not the biggest stretch to assume that the Kami of earth would know something like that ONCE he knew that Freeza exists (he would go ask Kai about forms? And every villain wants immortality so no brainer but still a guess not fact, just a "sure guess"). But it's also not entirely in his character to go pester other Kami. So i would give it a No on him knowing that, but as i said, not a NO NO NO. Just a little no ;p

Paragus wasn't a lssj, correct. That is because Broly was the first one to get the mutation that is being a lssj. So if he had children then they would become it as well.

I may be very late obviously but my only main issue was that Goku’s Super Saiyan God with Green hair does exist expect not how it was shown here it’s called Legendary Super Saiyan God and it’s used by God Broly I’m the 4d Dragon ball movie from Universal Studios Japan and it looks like LSSJ3 with really long hair bangs and with eyebrows

What if Goku was a God of Destruction from a previously erased universe. Because he was out of his universe when it happened, he managed to survive, to avoid suspicion he used a technique turning himself into am infant with Gine. His goal is to restore his universe.

The dna grabbing robot wasn't destroyed in the battle against the saiyans in this what if. Meaning it went to namek and got Frieza's dna,

50:37 I’m surprised that you hadn’t used a unique variation of the God Broly form for this what if. But I have to be fair that it is apart of Z Broly’s transformation line and not Super Broly’s mutant transformation line so it wouldn’t entirely make sense to be brought in.

I love this what it if don’t get me wrong but I have some critiques that are very minor tbh
I like this, but feel as thought Goku is written a bit oddly in some parts saying he “can just kill the pair anyway” when Raditz mentions Vegeta and Nappa. Goku even as a legendary Saiyan would go straight to killing. (Definitely if enraged tho)
Aswell as that goku powered straight to Ikari/Wrath when Raditz threatens Gohan? I feel like base full power woulda been enough.
