You always find the most interesting properties. This one has SO much space and storage. Really functional for a primary home. Loved the tiles and gradient walls. Wow pineapple in pots. I think this place is great as is, but has amazing potential. Thank you.

My husband and I checked out this neighborhood when we visited the Keys in August 2024. Would love to move to the area but just a wee bit out of our price range. Are the "letter streets" in Big Pine Key a decent area?

As you all know insurance down here can be shocking, the good news is the home is currently fully insured and has an assumable flood policy that is surprisingly low (keep in mind it's the Keys) for a ground level home down here. There is currently a wind policy and flood policy on the home. Wind and Home owners combined $6400/year and flood at $3,817/year. I am not aware of any reason you could not keep wind insurance on the home because of the solar panels.

This price is about right for the location, square footage and the fact that it has a canal in the back. This house will sell quickly for sure!
