ABP News: गिरफ्तार आरोपी मिहिर शाह ने घटना को अंजाम देने से पहले 4 लार्ज पैक विस्की और 2 लीटर बियर पी थी।
सूत्रों ने बताया कि जुहू में पहले अपने 3 दोस्तों (3 दोस्त औए एक यह कुल 4 लोग) के साथ विस्की पी उस समय ड्राइवर राजऋषि बेड़ावत बाहर खड़ा था। वहां से बेड़ावत ने मिहिर के दोस्तों को बोरीवली छोड़ा और फिर वहां से ड्राइवर राजऋषि के साथ अपनी BMW कार से वो मरीन ड्राइव घूमने के लिए निकला। घूमने निकलते समय मिहिर ने रास्ते मे मालाड के साई प्रसाद बार से 4 बियर की बोतल (500 ML प्रति बोतल) खरीदी और फिर उसने बियर पीने का ऑफर ड्राइवर राजऋषि को दिया लेकिन उसने मना कर दिया तब मिहिर ने चारों बोतल खत्म की।
