RDJ didn't necessarily snub Ke Hay Quan at all...he easily could have made eye contact with and acknowledged him as he approached him and took the award. We just can't truly make that claim from watching the video.

I think what was a little rude was Emma not hugging Jessica and Charlize. She acknowledged Michelle, Jennifer and Sally, but not the others. Also RDJ didn't even look at Ke Hey Quan, he just took the award from him and that was it.
