I heard Ruki said "mizu" which means water and he also said "cup". I think they hit someone with a cup filled with water, and maybe the cup hit the knee of someone as they were pointing their knees. And I think that is the reason why Uruha said "sorry" in the end. or maybe vice versa.
They were doing a live in Germany. Someone threw a cup of water and it hit him on the leg. Later on he got a fanmail saying, "Im the one that threw the cup that hit your leg. Sorry" .. =roughtranslation=
