I have a 16gb 4060ti and if any game in my game library has DLSS, DLAA and Frame Generation I always use them because I know that with the 16gb VRAM it will have plenty to use those options. And I play games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Hogwarts Legacy and Assassin's Creed Mirage and they have those features which I always use. Good video by the way man.
Great video as always. Buddy wanted this for 1440p gaming and I think this video might change his mind.
The dlss really is what saves these lower end cards. There is nothing wrong with using software to compliment the hardware. I like the ray tracing and using all of the details so that's why I have always been partial to using Nvidia. I used them back when EvGA was making awesome cards. I took a break for15 years and was almost going to go with the 7900xtx but in the end went with 40 series because of dlss and figured that alone future proofs a card.
I like the MSI I have the 2 fan oc edition 4070 ti super and I love the design and not having this big huge card . It is quiet and stays cool. I thoughtthe 4060 ti did just fine and the price is good it hangs in there.
That's a good point. Need more FPS in a future game? Just move down a DLSS quality level🙂 Although, I'm not a fan of how DLSS Balanced looks at 1440p. At 4K you certainly have more breathing room. Even DLSS Performance looks decent on a 4K screen. I think your 4070 Ti SUPER will have an extra long lifespan thanks to DLSS which is only going to get better in terms of image quality.
When did we come to the point where a 450$ gpu was low end.😔
Gotta say it, that neon green post-apocalyptic gatorade radiation glow controller's color is 👌✨️ V
Love my 4060TI 16gb Gaming Slim 1080p max. 💜
good to see you loving it will be getting it very soon
@@jayking33497 yes go for Gaming Slim it is the best! 🙂
I Know Horizon Forbidden West 😅Looks Amazing In That Monitor But Still On 2K Settings
I Don't Have Currently Have Any Pc
Then Can You Tell Me If You Play With 1080P Ultra Settings In This 27 Inch Monitor Do You Feel Any Pixelation Or Something 😅
And Do You Use Ryzen 5 7600X As Cpu On This Video
Amazing Video Once Again 😅
Where You From 💕😊
Here in Norway the 16GB RTX 4060 Ti is in the same priceclass as the RX 7800 XT, which can play many of these games at 1440p 60FPS+ with no upscaling or framegen.
Lucky🙂
Same here in India. If you go for the Gigabyte RX 7800 XT, it's around $30 cheaper than the Gigabyte 4060 Ti,16 GB. If you go for Sapphire Nitro Plus 7800 XT, it's just $20 expensive than the Gigabyte 4060 Ti, 16GB.
I have no idea how RX 7800 XT is going to perform, but as far as I've heard, it's closest rival is RTX 4070, not 4060 Ti. I am not an Nvidia fanboy, nor the AMD's. I just look for a better price to performance ratio.
@@gauravsinha6060 RX 7800 XT is generally faster than 4070, but not in ray tracing. 7800 XT actually trade blows with 4070 super in some cases
you need i9 14900K cpu XD
did buy MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GAMING X SLIM 16GB on sale 510 euro XD next is i9 14900 CPU 600 euro. inn norway
Dont buy unreal 5 games or play games at high settings with no raytracing or if you use raytracing then use dlss and or frame gen. You should be able to play most games at 1080p high maybe ultra and 1440p high maybe ultra settings or look up optimized settings for the games you play to get above 60 fps.
Main issue with this GPU is only 288 GB/s bandwidth, to put things into perspective next GPU above, rtx 4070 has 504 GB/s what is kind of sweat spot for 1440p on Nvidia. If 4060ti 16gb costs 380$ it would be much better deal but it will never cost so low bcs AI workloads need 16gb for optimal resaults. Nvidia would shoot it selfs in foot with lowering prices or givin more vram to cheap GPUs in general..
Indeed, right now it's far from being a bargain.🙂 The only hope is AMD bringing competition to the table by launching RDNA 4 cards before NVIDIA launches RTX 5060/5070.
My 6700XT OCed to 6750XT clocks gets 417GBs bandwidth. I paid $250 used last year when the 4060Ti 16GB was $500. A three year old last gen, used GPU that cost half, performs better.
This is the card of my dreams.
You need to have bigger dreams!
@@JamesSmith-sw3nk Not big enough for you? :(
It's like the new 3060. it's good but leaves a lot to desire if you look at the price.
Should be 200$
If it were $350, I would buy it, but $200ish for RTX 4060 or RX 7600 for Amazon Prime Day seems far more likely.
people say oh FSR or DLSS saves low level cards, the 4060 ti is great think about it high end cards need DLSS and FSR in 4k in multiple titles man 4060 ti is a great GPU i still think its a bit expensive but hey if it was 300 flat for a 16gb 4060 then it would be killer for 1080p or 1440p
It's a 1080p card for 525€ good job ngreedia
Please Test 1080p...Call Of Dutty Warzone 3.
for the price a 7700xt would much better
I would wait until early 2025. AMD is releasing faster next gen 8700XT/8800XT for the same prices forcing the 7700XT/7800XT into lower end options as far as price to performance goes. The 7700XT/7800XT are still months away from being just a year old and you can get one in January for at least 40% less, and even better deals used. Buy in January.
The issue is its price. $300 for 4060 TI 16GB would be ok but not $440.
Man this is GPU for FHD
A $500 MSRP GPU that can't play new games at 1440p native, a $500 1080p card. I bought a used, 3 year old, last gen, 6700XT 12GB last summer and did the factory 6750XT OC myself. It matches or beats the new gen 4060Ti 16GB and it was only $250, free shipping. Nvidia is a total rip off on the low end, the entire 4060 line up is really the 4050, they were dishonest with the naming. Not my money mofos.
Used is always the way to go if you want a good deal.👍
some direct x9 games like gta 4 and splinter cell conviction dont perform well on all radeon cards
3060 12 gb can do max settings on any and all games at 1080p and med-high at 1440p.
guys ur ridiclous….u want the 4060 to run the ngames at 1440p maxed out? why would there ben 4080s and 4090s then?????
4k ?
I used the 4060 Ti to play games on a 4K monitor and it was enjoyable - ua-cam.com/video/CMIQketiLOc/v-deo.html
If it works then why not?🙂
@@ddanbeatz186 1440p on 2024 game on a 4060?
@@arkh1730 4080s is overkill for 1440p the high end 4000 cards should be targeting 4k
9:41 60 fps in 2024 is kinda outdated nowadays. Meanwhile with 69 fps locked would be NICE instead. 😏👉👉 Don't feel bad about using DLSS, that's what the game developers and GPU makers want us to do. Embrace it. 🤷♀
Indeed, 69 FPS is the meta!😀
I would be way over paying for a 4050 that's trying to use features to pretend to be a $500 4060Ti. A $500 7800XT shreds the 4060Ti in raw performance, has FSR 3 and stand alone driver based frame generation that works in almost every DX11/12 game made without in game support. The performance gap is huge for the same price, a no brainier.
you need i9 14900k cheap cpu is trash lol
4060 ti is total trash for the dollar.
its the way of seeing things i see 4060 ti 16gb as a 1080p 16gb card which will perform well in coming years when minimum system requirements will increase you going to need 13gb vram for stable performance
