    Do you know what your natural Talents are? They're the path to your Greatest Opportunity for Success, Joy and Fulfillment. Rather than trying to fix your weaknesses which just avoids failure, focus on your Talents and Strengths that energize you AND lead to your Success! It's not what most people do. But defying "normal convention" is what's going to make you stand out (in a good way).
    Tell me... what have you leaned about yourself taking this assessment?

    I'd love to hear your perspective on The 6 Types of Working Genius. It's a framework based on tne 6 phases of work in which every person has 2 Geniuses, 2 Competencies, and 2 Frustrations. It's my favorite framework because it applies directly to work, project management, and how people gain fulfillment from work.

    Caution as Cliftonstrengths is not a personality test. It does not measure a person's reliability, stability and emotional reactivity. I was looking for a video to send a client who is leary of personality test stereotyping and was hesitant to do CliftonStregnths coaching. I wont send her this video because you state it is a personality test. Gallup clearly states this is not a personality assessment.

      Hi Jules. Thanks for your comment. Yes, you’re right. This was one of my very first videos on the topic years ago and didn’t realize at the time the precise meaning of the term and I used it casually. I too have had clients ask me about it and have simply explained. Despite that one point, there’s a lot of value in the video overall so that’s why I keep it posted. Thanks again!

    It's interesting to think about working on natural talents rather than something you're just average at. That there can be exponential growth as well as enjoyment when you do so.

      Yeah... people get so focused on what they think they're supposed to do - whether for an their employer or to keep up (or compare) with the people around them - that they don't focus on what's natural to them. It's missing out on what's best about them, and it's exhausting! It's throwing away their gifts and opportunities.

    The 33M calculation is incorrect. It is actually 1 in 278,256.

    • @ElviraMarieChang
      @ElviraMarieChang  Рік тому +5

      Thanks for your comment, Ravi. I don’t mean the same Top 5 in any order. I mean the same #1 as you, the same #2 as you, and so on. Your #1 Talent is more dominant than your #5, so the order matters to some degree. It’s 1 in 33,390,720.
