The problem is.. employers can easily find someone with 2-3 years experience. There are thousands of ridiculously talented people looking for this kind of work and you have to be better than them all. Advice like "be positive", "visualise the future", is very poetic and all but it doesn't land jobs. Quite often with this sort of thing it is just right place right time. Preparation meets opportunity but not every one gets that opportunity. IF A COMPANY SAYS THEY WANT 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE.. AND YOU HAVEN'T GOT IT.. YOU WILL NOT GET AN INTERVIEW!!
True but that is life always knocking you down. You have to always get back up smile and learn from all your failures and keep on striving. otherwise yesterday will always be dwelt in the past instead of looking forward to the present leading to a brighter future.
