Thank you Jason. I'm thrilled you liked the video. Yes, I use a windslayer foam cover. It does a pretty decent job. I also do not use any wind setting on the GoPro...just the stereo setting or "wind off" to keep it from automatically switching mics. It seems to do better that way.
Sure. 4k, 24FPS, white balance typically in auto. Low ISO=100, high ISO=3200, Bitrate can be set to high but only if you can deal with the HUGE increase in the file size. On the hero 8 and 9 I use gopro color. The sharpness or whatever its called...I started using *medium* on the hero 9 as it looks pretty good and reduces the color grading I have to do. EV Comp usually at -1 The audio I set to off or whatever it's called so that doesn't allow the camera wind to automatically select the mic.
