Goodness Syn, at 8:06, the pause of the music and its gentle reintroduction as you went for the flinch shot brought tears to my eyes. I've never met anybody who knew their shit more than you! You must have pages and pages of research notes that I cannot begin to fathom. Your gameplay is so expertly executed; any hunting horn player who comes across your work has struck pure gold and will learn under the best possible mentor I can think of. I would take a Syn concert over an Olivia Rodrigo concert _any_ day of the week. Take this as the highest compliment I could ever give you, because I'm batshit crazy about her, but I would still choose your music over hers. 💓✨

I used the smoke to force the roar animation after the binder so I can get a free backslam then hit the chest while trying to get another purple smoke to push the HP some more and get the chest closer to breaking. The head is ready to break once the binder is done.

@@CakeofPokke I feel the need to expand on this since it's the most important part of this hunt. The backslam at 5:37 that puts me back into the smoke before the head break, more often than not makes it so Fatalis no longer sees me and the map is purple. I would have saved 1 smoke that I had to use to fix this in this run, on the 2nd head break. The reason to get the purple map smoke on the 2nd head break is the same as the first binder, to force a roar to allow more damage and another smoke with the intention of chaining more part breaks / threshold hits. One thing I was still working on near the end of this run was trying to determine a combo that would continue after the head topple, into a chest break, into a head flinch and then nova. This would put the HP at 20% or lower before it came back in from nova although it doesn't guarantee the chest topple at the start of the sub 25% phase.
