Recipe and ingredients:
100 g oatmeal.
Hazelnuts 70 gr.
Sesame seeds 20 gr.
Flax seeds 20 gr.
Pumpkin seeds 30 gr.
Sunflower seeds 40 gr.
1 egg.
40 ml of natural honey.
75 ml of milk.
Dried apricots 70 gr.
Walnuts 50 gr.
Almonds 60 g.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes.
