I'm hoping once I get the CIS ITSM that'll open some doors! I just finished the NextGen Externship about a month ago. I appreciate your content!
You’ve got some strong certs and the CIS-ITSM will definitely help separate you from most others who are at the same point as you in the ServiceNow journey, great work!
