I have question concerning sponsoring my nephew education in Czech. My nephew rencently turned 18 years old and only opened a bank account after he turned 18. I will be funding his account with the minimum balance, while he wouldnt 3 months transaction history in his account prior to the submission of visa application as his account is relatively new. Howerver, I planned to support his document with my statement of account with 3 to 4 months transaction showing more funds such as tuition fees, health insurance and flight.. meanwhile my account will be a UK account as I'm not based in Nigeria.. can I ask if embassy will be ok with this arrangement?

Ma'am I have some questions to ask 1: if i have the minimum balance how much must my sponsor have? and must my minimum balance reach that amount when I have a sponsor
2:you said the amount must be in my account in 3/4 months, from the first month to the fourth month must it be the actual amount e.g 8k usd or you can just add and remove before the forth months is completing?
Someone who is to sponsor you must have enough funds in their account, I can’t really say how much but the amount in the account should really me enough
Secondly, I does not mean the amount should be exactly 8k usd in the first month but the total from first to 3/4th month should amount to 8k. And a huge some of money shouldn’t go into your account at once. That’s a red flag 🚩

1. In naira it will depend on the exchange rate at that moment but I will advice 7m.
2. You do it yearly but once you are here, they just need to see your balance not proof for some specific months
3. Yes, it will rouse suspicions if the money just enter your account at once.

@@veeke_kelo please ma’am I’m confused about the minimum balance which is 116000czk when I converted it to Naira, it was around 5000€ but in your videos it says 7k€ plus how did you do your conversion
Don’t say I didn’t warn you but if you use google to convert, you are on your own. I always tell people never to use google to convert because that is not the conversion rate they use.
And mind you if you have just that amount in your account it is automatic rejection. To be on the safer side you have a have a good bank statement. If you don’t have that amount, then you can have the exact minimum balance in your account ( not recommended but okay)

Your calculations are based on black market exchange rate. You should do the calculations on Nigerian central bank rate.
My calculations are based on the normal Czech Republic exchange rates. I did it directly from my bank’s application
