This is like complaining about fiddle and warwick reworks. They are strictly upgrades that made the champions way more viable in every single way. You deal more damage than old panth are tankier and have way more room to be skilled. Old panth was nerfed into oblivion because anytime he was slightly viable top players complained, the champions you mentioend are not skilled at all but each of them is incredibly easy to fight,

All you do on pantheon is tap q spam on enemies trying to cs, and all in when they're 60% hp. If that's not a lane bully for you, then no one is. Old pantheon was an anti carry. He wasn't a poke champion. He was a champion to single out a single enemy champ and remove them from the game. He was horrible in every other way, no other playstyle. Just press w q e and someone dies, then you die. You're just a worse assassin when you play old pantheon. New one does more damage, is more flexible, better voicelines, better skins. He might have lost the lane bully thing, as the old pantheon was way too oppresive, but he's gained way more than lost. You don't play pantheon if you don't know that, or you're just delusional
