When I saw Dove's new Amplified Textures line of hair products I was ECSTATIC! I love Dove products! They have been a staple in body care and hair care in my home since I was young.. So the fact that they were making a hair care line for textured hair warmed my heart! I couldn't wait to try these products out for myself.. Here is my honest review on how I think the Dove Amplified Textures line stands up to my regular wash and go styling products. Omg thanks for this review! Im glad we have the same hair type as well. I was thinking about trying these out because im still on the search for my gem products (so far i love Cantu's line) but i want my hair to be super moisturized throughout the week so im looking for THAT product you know. After your review i might consider trying the Dove Leave in conditioner because yes, this line is affordable and thats what im about. Thank you.
Yay! I’m glad I could help!! The leave in is gold! I definitely plan on repurchasing! The twist butter cream actually worked a lot better at sealing in moisture for my twist out but wasn’t that great in my wash n go! The Camille Rose Coconut Curl Setter has been the best “heavy cream” for my wash n go.. maybe it’ll work for you too!
