When I studied at Queen's University, it was rumoured that the new library building would be called 'The McClay Library' after the guy who owns Almac. Having left in 2005, thus it came to pass in 2009....
It may be privately owned road but its publicly accessable, so you can film whatever you can see from it. I doubt whether it is owned by Almac, the double yellows tell me its public highway.

Double yellow lines, street lights and council signs say the road is public, the road was there long before Almac bought the site.
it is a public road, and you do not have to tell them what you are doing, and you can also film anyone or any thing in PUBLIC.
