Dunoon's Highland Games 🪵 Cowal Gathering 2022

Hi my friends! At the end of August I had the pleasure to go back to Dunoon's Highland games, after only 18 years !!! As a matter of fact, last time I went there I was a kid, in 2004. I had the best day ever with my grandma visiting from Italy, the weather was wonderful, too. If you get the chance, I recommend you going. We got the ferry from Gourock to Dunoon, which is about 8.55 GBP, while the standard entry ticket to Cowal Stadium was 18.50 GBP. The Highland Games are a special event which happens all over Scotland during summer, each location has its own Highland games. You can enjoy watching highland dancing, strong women and men participating to the games (tossing the caber, etc) and bagpipes competitions. WOW!
