- Wow, I'm glad I went to Sokcho! What a beautiful city. And, of course, all along the way, I continue to meet the nicest people who show me the greatest hospitality.

If you leave the noodles for a long time, it's soggy. I eat ramen first, and red crabs usually eat leg meat.

영랑호수와 설악산은 정말 혼자보기 아까운 풍경
나른한 토요일이었는데 닉의 영상 뜬거 보고

I'm a Brit-Pole and I'm married to a Korean, live in the US. I love all blood sausage and so this is something I eat all the time. Each country has their own version of blood sausage.

홍게껍질은 가위가 꽂혀있던 비닐 넣어져있는 통에 버리면 됩니다.
이제 찜찔방시스템을 알고 익숙해졌네요. 노다지 발견한 기분이실듯 ^^ 한국사람들 바빠서 자전거여행못하지만 여건은 정말 어떤 나라보다 잘되어있죠.

Sokcho is at a similar latitude to Kaesong in North Korea. The military boundary line is not straight, so if you were in a similar position based on Seoul, it's like being in North Korea.
Therefore, many displaced people who miss North Korea live together in Sokcho (who fled during the Korean War)

Honggae(red crab) actually is for the taste of noodle soup. not for the edible meat. It hasn't got much meat inside. and I stronly recommed you should try noodles(rameoyn) first always. hahaha

Abai-sundae is North Korean. It’s different from the snack version in that there is glutinous rice stuffed instead of glass noodles! Myeongtae is pollack, and depending on how the pollock is prepared (Dried, semi-dried, or frozen) we call it a different name. Sourced from Japan or Russia mainly.

확실히 우리나라 사람이면 더운날에 물회가 더 좋은데 외국인은 기름 들어간 오징어순대가 더 좋은것 같네. (우리나라 사람이나 일본사람은 회, 해산물 거부감 없자만 대부분의 나라들은 화나 해산물 거부감 갖고 있어요(
