Love This Ty. P.S.... any more updates or courses coming in 2024?
I am soon launching V3 of my program. I dont think I'll be creating 'new' courses but just focusing on making my 1 and only program even better. :-)
Thank you for so useful advice ☺️
So glad you found it helpful! 🤩
You are a wealth of knowledge
Awww thanks! Just have experience. Happy to share. :-)
Waoh, very insightful, thanks alot for this video!
Glad it was helpful!
Hi Bethany! Great video - I love your channel and your advice. I very recently started a cleaning company (our profit margins are very very low right now🤣) and I'm really interested in running it via cleaning employees/contractors, while focusing on growing it myself.
I was wondering if you would be making a video on hiring cleaners as well as working with contractors? I had a contractor I worked with a couple of times but had an awful experience with her so I'm kind of afraid to use another one. Anyway let me know! Thanks :)
Not sure yet if I will make that specific video for UA-cam or not, but that it is all covered in my program! I will link below. But my recommendation is clean for at least a little while yourself in the early days, then when you get comfortable... find staff. Make sure you are compliant tho, and only using subs if you can legally do so. And if you can't thats ok, then just go the employee route. And remember staffing is just like finding clients. Not everyone will be a great fit, and thats ok. Its a numbers game. Put in your reps, and you will win. :-) courses.theprofessionalcleaner.net/products/cba
What a great video Thanks!!!!!
Thanks for watching!
I love this video

Is solo house cleaning safe? What precautions do you take?
Yep I think so. But if ever you don't feel comfortable with a client then don't work for them... period. When that was my primary gig I just made sure my spouse always knew where I was... and usually my clients were referrals, which helped add to my comfort level. :-) But if you don't know the person you are meeting, then you could consider meeting them in a public place. But that could be hard if you're going to a property to give a bid. So just let common sense take over. If you get a weird vibe, then don't accept the appointment.
Hey, you were cleaning how many rooms with that amount? Please advise if I have to clean 5 rooms house?
I don't bid by room, but by hour. I don't always tell clients that hourly, but it's what I based the bid off of. :-)
@@TheProfessionalCleanerThank you so much🙏🏽 Is it possible to attend your course even if I am in South Africa 🇿🇦 ?
@@mphomphowza5952 Yep it's prerecorded and the principles apply everywhere. :-)
I would love for you to mentor me , my business is growing slowly …especially the Airbnb and the clients love how detailed and hospitality I am but how do I grow even more ?
Would love to help! You can learn more here... :-) courses.theprofessionalcleaner.net/products/cba
how the heck do you get awat with $75/hr?! I would love to, but I'd get laughed in my face. I don't use cheap products, and I pay well above minimum wage in Texas.
Every market is different, but most of our students charge anywhere between $45 to $100 an hour. Yes, we have students charging more than we do, because their market can handle it. Regardless, it's about finding the value driven clients instead of the price driven ones. :-) I'll see you in the program! I see you joined. :-)
@@TheProfessionalCleaner I hope to learn asap because I'm working too hard for little pay. Would rather be at my old job lol
💰 Show me the money!!!! 💰
LOL
You missed marketing costs
My marketing costs are zero... bc I go after the clients I want. 👍 And as stated in the vid, it's an exercise. Everyone should factor in their own costs. :-)
pay the employees less = more profit for the business. I think a lot of people would do it for $20 per hour
That's for every business owner to decide... but paying higher when possible means wayyyyyy less employee turnover, which allows me to focus on more business growth, which ALSO leads to more profit. :-)
Gross
