      You are saying half of the information... whether or not you don't know what you're doing or you do it on purpose. You should tell people to count their calories instead of giving avoiding sugar advice... Calories matter not this bs you are talking about, avoiding sugare is good but if somebody gonna go and eat a bunch of french fries and add pizza on top is it better? Ofc not. You are a fitness channel and what you say may affact people lifes so stop spreading bs and thell people the truth.

    * Intermittent fasting *
    Muslims: "Wait, you guys find that difficult?"

  • @pavlo3511
    @pavlo3511 4 роки тому +9

    I usually use intermittent fasting by not eating from the moment I wake up until about 2-3 pm (within 30 minutes after my workout). It boost energy and it helps you burn up the stored fat in your body instead of burning the calories gained from eating breakfast

    Great stuff guys, the funny thing is everyone hates on kale, I love kale more than spinach. I can eat either plain like chips lol. We talk about this alot, that nutrition is about 80% of the fitness gains. Keep it up guys!

      haha kale like chips is hardcore man, respect. Actually wouldn't expect anything less, we've been keeping up with your Muay Thai and fight training, cool to see man. Love watching the sparring and your progress. Looking strong 💪

      @@TappBrothers Thanks guys, I should be able to take part in that april challenge and i also miss talking to group. Hopefully I can create some more content like I did in the GFC for UA-cam, the group page and IG. Gotta keep that grind going! How's martial arts training been for you guys?

    • @TappBrothers
      @TappBrothers  4 роки тому +1

      @@m33kzking That would be great to see you in there in April, the content you have shared in the past has always been impressive and/or helpful. Yea your fight training grind is on. Our training has been great, I've been working more on my kicks with control. Learned some great tips from Gary recently and been drilling them. Constantly shadow boxing and drilling basic footwork and striking techniques but we really need to get some bag work and light sparring in 💪

    • @m33kzking
      @m33kzking 4 роки тому

      @@TappBrothers That's great! Yeah sometimes it feels good to apply what you learn and practice into application. Definitely get some sparring in, there is big difference when hitting a bag and a person that hits back lol. Have fun with it and just like with other training, film and analyze yourself or have a coach do it. Let them fine tune your craft like a Mechanic with a car

      Thanks Morva! Yea when we were younger we ran soo much, couldn't gain if we tried. But as we got older and stopped running, playing soccer/futbol, we started to focus on nutrition. This with consistent exercise has helped with staying lean 💪

    What if you're too busy to miss a meal. If you start your day with tons of activity it's 1000x harder with nothing to burn and can get dizzy? Just curious if time and schedule doesn't support adjusting lifestyle to get stronger instead of more worn down

    Green and especially dark leafy greens are amazing,but be aware that spinach is high in oxalates,so overconsumption might lead to kidney stones.

      @Joe Blow Nooooo! Omgosh!!That is not at all what I meant. It didn't even occur to me that anyone would take it that way, so I apologize. I was simply referring to him being honest about still throwing cookies and whatnot into his diet and being real about listening to one's body rather than strict macro guidelines, etc. I was vegan for 7 years, and I think it's a fantastic lifestyle!
