Great stuff, definitely got some pointers on how to improve some tricks! Here is a really good tip for Pirouettes to get them even cleaner and cooler looking... Place your front foot on a toe side carve when you spin and land on a heel side carve. Really nice to add into dance lines or go straight into a trick after.

Hi i love your chanel! Im actually about to buy my deck to start longboard dancing and tricks. I have decided to buy Luca Ballar for dancing and doing this tricks u teach us but i cant decide what size of deck should i buy S(105cm) or M(115cm) am 5" (152cm). What would you recomend for me? 🙈

hey Natalie! i was wondering if the bustin shrike the 38 inch one that’s 9 inches wide with twin kicks and symmetrical board is a good dance and freestyle board? my price limit is $225 bc i’m a 12 yo lol i’m 5.1 ft and 114 lb. thxs! i’m a huge fan! also if u want to give me some other boards to look into i will be happy to see them!

Thank you! How heavy is your board? I have a loaded tesseract, do you think it’s heavy for freestyle? Also I have trouble pirouetting all the way through cause the griptape is so graspy, is there like a softer surface I can add to it to spin easier? Thanks!
Yo stranger, big tip for pirouettes is to place your front foot like she does. Really give it a good wind up and do a “half jump”.
You aren’t so much spinning frictionless like wearing socks on hardwood floors, but more like spinning on concrete with brand new sneakers. Good luck, hope you get some warm weather!

So the tiger claw is kind of confusing to me, the landing part in particular. When the board finishes rotating, is the board behind you and you hop on backwards?
the board does spin more behind you yes!! thanks for your comment. in the future i’ll keep in mind to show the trick more at different angles
I use a drop through longboard and its quite heavy to just flip the board, do you have any tips for me?
keep at it! you'll eventually adjust to the weight difference. get in the habit of popping up your board a few times every session just to get a feel for your setup
it sucks so much that there isnt alot of people that longboard freestyle near me at all
before i moved to LA, i skated in an area with no longboard freestyle community for three years! it's tough, but find a pal that will pick up the sport with you! if not, try filming yourself and share it with others. doesn't feel so lonely! keep at it :)

progression videos are always fun! film yourself working on a new trick. or maybe coming up with a new combo. keep the videos short and fun, and change it up every now and then! what’s something unique to you that you can share with the rest of the world? this can help you stand out. also there’s no need for fancy equipment when starting out. use your phone to record your sessions!
