YOU got me on my longboard again! Thank you! I started longboarding 2 years ago with a cheap cruising board. I tried to learn tricks but with a board, thats even worse than your first board, i was only able to do things like crossstep, peterpan, etc. some weeks ago i found your channel, i bought a trick/dancing/freestyle whateverboard and started learning tricks. Right now i am practicing the shovit and the tigerclaw. I am practicing about 3 hours a day and i have a lot of fun. Thank you for motivating me!

I absolutly dont get the naming of skateboar/longboard tricks. As an example we have in 5:20 the Fakie FS Shuvit (or nollie BS Shuvit), if i remember (go check their trucks, wheels and decks they are pretty nice) correctly you are goofy. So what we see in this clip is you driving fakie. You pop it with the nose so you make a nollie shuvit. After the pop you push the nose of your board with your left foot (the weak foot i assume) away from your frontside, so we have a frontside shuvit. Shouldnt this showen trick be called Fakie Nollie FS Shuvit? Wouldnt be a Fakie FS Shuvit be you rollin fakie poping the board on the tail with your right foot (strong foot) and pushing it a way to the frontside (board goes against the clock)? Or a Nollie BS Shuvit be you rollin goofy (your normal stance) popping the bored with your right foot at the nose and pullingt the board to your backside (board rotate clockwise)? Even if you skate regular, wouldnt this showen trick at least be called Nollie FS Shuvit? I dont want to be a prentcious snob calling you out for naming tricks, i simply dont have any clue here and it's very likly that i messing something up :/ If annyone could help me, this would be wonderful. Edit: ahh fuck nevermind i got confused between fakie and skating switch, so yeah i see the fakie fs shuvit now. But what exactly are the differences between fakie and switch. I know that fakie is like skating regular/goofy but reverse and switch is when you switch from regular to goofy or vice versa. But if skate switched and goes then to the nose to attempt any nollie trick, are you then skating fakie. To be more precise, is any switched nollie trick a fakie trick?
