Melbourne’s Prison ranked by CCP
Didn’t realise that Melbourne was still a liveable city 🤷♂️
😂😂😂
Yes it is still Australia's No 1 just ahead of Perth.
Still the best among all cities in Australia
@@jinniubility I think so. Perth is also great.
I recommend visiting or living in all capital cities then re-assessing your comment.
Melbourne is way cheaper to live in than Adelaide and Sydney.
🤣🤣🤣 Did you just use the term 'most liveable city' a day after it was unlocked? 🤣
It’s based on ability to even live there. Many of the cities will become unlivable, making the livable ones more ideal for the rich.
What cheap storyteller did you get this info off? Sally clap? Bogus news!
Being close to the shops isn't what makes a suburb liveable. This is absurd.
How about doing a survey of residents...
You know i agree with you Kay. A lot of Melbourne is not very desirable. How about that underpass where the homeless camp?
Also public transport is what makes a suburb liveable. Walkability is very important too. No one wants to be forced to jump on a car to get to anywhere.
For me. It's about the community, the vibe, how safe I feel walking alone at night. So many things! 99% of it comes down to the people.
@@kaygirardi2177 100% agree. So which suburbs do you recommend? Somewhere safe, clean, and with green spaces. :)
@@aminabdolahi7279 Somewhere with a strong sense of community, lots of dog parks, good local shops etc.
Why would you spend over 1 million dollars on a prison cell. Let the exodus begin.
I know who wants to live in city cramped up like dogs ..or sheep I should say
Is this a joke.. nice timing.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣... Boyeah, if you don't take it, then act it.
Welcome Melbourne and VOTE TO SCOMO, PLS.
Answer: anywhere outside of Victoria.
Bullshit. Melbourne is still No 1 ahead of Perth, Brisbane at No 3.
Forget the rest.
Haha. Sydney is the worst.
That's because the listed suburbs are full of brothels!
Hahaha your absolutely correct brothels everywhere
Was this an add from Real Estate?
Channel 7 and REIV are partners
And the longest lockdown in the world.
One of the key factors being the most livable is affordability to buy in those suburbs.
Most liveable... but most unaffordable, let's face it, the socio-economic status of the people who live around here is on the higher end of the scale.
Disagree, a lot of disadvantaged people live in housing commision residences which are all centric and add to the inner city fabric
Dan has screwed the country of Melbourne.
The country of Melbourne...
yeah if you're rich
Why does channel 7 have comments open for some clips and not others??
Only 2 million dollars for the homes.
the most livable suburb should be sunshine, frankston and broadmeadows
Have u seen the crime rate on those areas 💀
@@revolverguy4824 Frankston is actually about average now. Frankston North on the other hand
Can’t forget Dandenong and other suburbs surrounding Ringwood 💀
for Criminals? yes
forgot Dandenong
How could you say most liveable when average Melbournian can’t afford it!
You mean world's most leavable country ???
This is how cooked the media is. Australiaone Party✊🏼 our way out of this tyranny
These suburbs are only being rented now. Normal folks cannot afford buying even a 2 bedroom unit here anymore. They should have included outer eastern suburbs like mount Waverley, Mitcham, Mulgrave, Wantirna south etc
Lol who would want to live there.
None of them are liveable because Melbourne isn't liveable!
Don't live here then
@@BananaPeelMilkshake Not going to in 10 years lol 🤷
@@nopeee9055 sounds good 👍 we don't like people like you
@@BananaPeelMilkshake You're just a troll.
First world problems lol
Worlds most livable city??? 😂😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Pretty much all of the top 20 are expensive suburbs no one can afford
Melbourne is a dystopia hell-hole in which everyday is worse than the last.
Nope, you're referring to Adelaide and Sydney, they are Australia's shitholes.
You can't say Melbourne Australia right!?
3rd world Africa looks like a better place to live, F your privileges to be locked down to leave your house only to be fined
Please tell us what Africa is like when you get there.
@@Mr_T. can't I'm in Adelaide mate your always welcome to come over here since Melbourne just took our spot for the biggest mud hole in Australia.
@@whogiveafuck4831 Which peer-reviewed journal did you pull that factoid from, Rebel News? lol. You shouldn't be in Adelaide, you should be in Africa, away from all forms of tyranny and fascism right now. I'm off to the concentration camps to get pissed in the world's most livable city.
@@Mr_T. no Australian can leave Australia without the vaccine!
The only option is to seek asylum overseas in a country that's labels Australia as not a free country like Poland!
I might have to get a jab along with my partner to get my children out of this hell hole.
Don't drink my friend get your metabolism right this virus is just the beginning just remember mate it's the new normal 😆🐮💩
@@whogiveafuck4831 Almost half the countries out there expect you to have covid passports, not just Australia. Besides many of them have rules and mandates of varying degrees. Only a few far-right and discredited Polish politicians have made the claim that Australia is not a free country. Not to mention Poland has serious problems of it's own dealing with the pandemic. You're right about it being the new normal, but not just for Australia.
ps - I don't drink but appreciate the sentiment:)
They misspelt leavable
What the Hell… Not the Hell?
What shops👌🏻
The brothels will bounce back
@@123fuhfrtgfh 😂
So places for the rich?
I can not stop laughing. Wow!
world's most leavable city
Victoria = the place to escape.
Nah, that title belongs to QLD
'melbourne' and 'liveability' dont go in the same sentence.
Great place! Too bad you can't use much of these things when in lockdown for so many days!
How about deer park?
The best is obviously toorak. The price prove it .
Im about to move to melbourne from the uk. Im looking and st kilda mainly, south yarra and albert park. Are these good places to live.. i want to be as close to the beach as possible but close to restaraunts and bars too!
Any help/ recommations is really appreciated!
@ElementZ Z haha why?
Why not? New job, new start. I live in a tiny village where it can get to -16 and its depressing and nothing here for a young person.
But any help would be appreciated cheers. You melbornians seem to be spoilt with what you have.
@@jackofallvidz9418 any luck, looking to move there too from the US. Tired of car dependent suburbia wondering if Melbourne any different
Buddy Port Melbourne is your best option. You do not want to go to St Kilda.
Yes they are great locations however please don't whinge about cold weather in winter like these Muppets here from Brisbane and Sydney who don't know what quality of life is.
Albert Park is great.
Brighton is even better.
Williamstown is also great.
Beaumaris, Black Rock, Mentone are all on the coast.
I'm moving back home to the Eastern suburbs of Melb later this year after being stuck in dreary Adelaide for 7 years so when you get to Melbourne you will love it.
Best transport, cuisine, arts, music, parks & gardens, sports venues, clubs, pubs, housing, ski resorts and events in Australia.
I'd never live anywhere other than west subs ... I love the multicultural vibe
There is a lot of multicultural vibe in the west but it’s less liveable
not even 1 west side suburb 😂😂
To cold to many people
Over priced
bull people are leaveing in droves
Gulagville this host is not living with the common folk
Putting Carlton on the Map 😏🤌🏽
proudly live in CARLTON
Any suburb with the least amount of the types that populate gangs "we don't have" is a good suburb.
Fitzroy is one of the best
😂😂😂😂 live able city?? 😂😂😂 live able prison you mean
Definitely the outer east Melbourne.
Over population jungle
Is this a joke?
Glad to have my city back!
Melbourne is still closed with empty shops, Ballarat city is totally opened though
That biggest jail in the world , absolutley dissgusting goverment, lots of jail cells available now lol
It’s Gaol
Great places but for the Victorians.
It's actually Dan Andrews that the problem
😂😂 it looks horrible i wouldn’t live there if somebody paid me
Second and third that! Leave-able more like it.
How does it look horrible? You'd rather live in a crowded suburb with no trees and no culture with a bunch of crappy modern buildings?
@@joshr24 Probably talking about the city as a whole being the whole liveable city thing. Those are Nice suburbs though.
The worst suburbs 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Dafuq are you talking about son?
No sane person would enter the state of Victoria.
I would rather die in a fire than live in Melbourne.
For sure, that's why everyone is moving to ballarat City and Wendouree
Yep I would had dumped all my furniture took the most expensive and bailed that state after the first lock down began
Ballarat is amazing and it's only going to get better. Very expensive to buy a property but it's so hip .great place
And Sydney didn’t rank in the top 100!
Actually it is rank man (edit) ➡️😆
I love Hawthorn, Camberwell, Blackburn, Greensborough, Moorabbin, Belgrave, Vermont, Ferny Creek, Lilydale & Olinda.
Literally all east suburbs and absolutely no west
@@Detrabot Yes. Except for Williamstown.
@@garynewton1263 I’m actually from the inner west and it is pretty good. Maribyrnong has many parks and Essendon is quite nice, Williamstown is also a great suburb, but if you get further out in the west, it won’t be as good
@@Detrabot Yes. I've never liked Altona, St Albans, Melton, Braybrook, Newport, Deer Park or Avondale Heights.
Sunshine.....well the less said about it the better.
I'm originally from Burnley (right next to Toorak) then lived in Heathmont and Ferntree Gully.
Hoping to get home and find a 2 br rental somethere east or south east.
Adelaide sucks.
@@garynewton1263 👍
Dog kents
😂😂😂 Beat You, Sydney-- the Crowdest pigeon city in AUSTRALIA
Awe, awe, awe...we got more green than that Opera House City that ibis eating human food in Sydney CBD. None like that in Melbourne.
Very sad in Sydney. Sad.
Oh, Welcome to Melbourne and enjoy our Melbourne Symphony starting from the Melbourne Cup. Heeha...
Worlds most lock- down city and it was all self inflicted. Worst tyrannical government in Australia. Hip hip hooray Melbourne 🥳 No beaches, No sunshine, gestapo police, bankrupt businesses, high cost of living, just more misery living under Andrews crazy leadership. Any place in Australia is better than Melbourne.
Full of Hipsters and bogans and anti Vaxxers. I'll pass
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol....
BORN St KILDA BOY
Our most liveable suburb is Wollongong
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😆
