I see you like land pride implements. I live about a hour drive from their factory. Warms my heart to see people from all corners using products made in the Midwest.
Hi Mike - I rented a KX-057-4 for a week doing work around the house. It was the first time I used a Kabota of that size, having used Bobcats up to this point. I quickly realized how skilled you are with your excavator. I dug the area for my mantel layer for the septic and and had the hardest time keeping the bottom level. I guess I will need to keep the machine for a few months to get to your skill level.😄 Have a great day!
Your "trail to nowhere" looks really nice. Relaxing, cool, and useful.
The weather here has been wonderful. Today, i serviced another bushhog, bushhogged about 8 acres, box bladed the driveway(about a 1//2 mile and not perfect- put lipstick on that pig) and pole sawed all the overhanging branches along the driveway. Just an all around good day. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Stay safe everybody
Mike, could you name the background music pieces in your videos? Your videos are top notch and the background music makes them much better. Thanks, and have a great day!
Yeah, I would like to know the name of the hand clap music.
The Horn by Mark Grundhoefer
@@MJF40 Thank you! 🙂
VERY appropriate music for the opening of this video, Mike !!
Love it !!
Hi Mike, Melissa, & Eva. Great job on the " Road To Nowhere. We had moderate rain Friday afternoon throughout the night. The Gulf side of Florida had very heavy rain. Tampa reported 7 to 9 inches of rain. Crazy! It's great to see Melissa & Eva. 😍😊😉👍❤️⚘️⚘️ The rain will naturally pack your road. Have a good weekend everyone. Say Hi to Hunter. 😍😊😉👍❤️💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
New word!! Down in the wood yard getting “Morganized”
....Oh yes !! ....and don't forget Mike's favorite "2A Limestone" LOL !! 😂
All you need to complete plugging the family UA-cam channels is mention Levi and Hannah’s channels too. All are entertaining to watch
Good Saturday morning Morgan family! Hope you have a fantastic weekend.
Wow the road is perfect 🤩 When stoned Get that ribbon 🎀 cut ✂️
Who’s going to do it ?👍👍👍
Is Hauses doing the concrete for the road? Also what about Sidewalk as well? Lol
I nominate Hunter!!
Good morning to the Morgan community from NL, Canada 🇨🇦 have a great day and weekend everyone.
Good morning Morgans and friends. Off to the parade with granddaughter. Have a day! Thanks.
Hi Morgans,
To all, if you ever wanted to see Mike on the business side of a shovel, this is the video! I am surprised to he hasn't figured out a way to smoothie the culvert pipe gravel from the seat of the excavator yet. Road looks great Mike!
I've seen every one of your videos since back in the RK tractor days. I look forward to them every day! Thanks Mike!
Am I supposed to do my fairy dance while watching.🧚♀️
I think Hunter should do the ribbon cutting. Have a great weekend!
The road is looking better in every video. 10 days! Yay! You've not ever hit it hard at all, just a little now and then. It was more like just having fun than building something. Only 10 days away. Wow. You built a road from your house out to the mini cabin, through a forest, all by yourself, and never broke a sweat. That's just awesome. I can't think of anyone i know that can say they did that. Yep, your ample space in the wood yard has filled to the edges to the middle. In place of trees cut from developers, maybe there could be loads of dirt and shale that you could have delivered to your wood yard and make it bigger. Anyway, w the road being finished, you'll be starting another project, yay!! Things keep getting better!! Thanks for sharing this great stuff, Mike.👍🚜❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲
Not work it is relaxation with satification and pride.
Road looks great! - I think you need a naming contest!! My vote is “Hunter Trail”…. ;-)
Living my dreams through you my friend, one episode at a time. Logs, excavators, track loaders, 2A limestone!
Owning equipment sure allows you to stay on top of and maximize the opportunity's with good weather patches. I'm hoping I can get on my property soon. As soon as it dries up good, it rains again. Trying to time the rental is a pain. That road is fantastic mike!!!!
Mike, looks great! It is amazing what you can do with the right equipment!
Good morning to Hunter 👋👋😸 and family and friends , Happy Caturday everyone 😸😺
Good morning BC!
@@johnsadler8637 / Good morning John 👋👋😸
Again that tilt bucket is awesome and you say it takes time to get onto it but I don't see it 😮. definitely made the right choice when you said change of plans (work or lunch 👍) can't wait to see a log truck travel out the road , That should be the ribbon cutting ceremony highlight
Good morning y'all !!! Have a amazing weekend, hello from British Columbia !!!
Build it, they will come...
Your grading bucket reminds me of the older Gradall vehicles. Good stuff!
It's not the "Road to Nowhere" but rather the "MCR" - Morgan Country Road. Looking good!
Good mornin' Morgans... You are looking better Mike, was it allergies?
Sill enjoying the content Mike & Melissa, keep 'em coming folks!
A shout out to the WW11 Vets at Pointe Du Hoc, France along with the US Paratroopers... We do ' Stand Among The Giants. '
Bill...
Melissa is one of the most gorgeous women on UA-cam. I can not wait until you stone the road. I love the ditch lines. Keep up the great work.
Elk Hunt! One of my bucket list things to do. Awesome!
Mike, not only do you have all the right equipment for this roadway you're making, but it sure helps having the experience that's required to get the job done !! Great job and thanks again for sharing !! Blessings to your family and say a special "Hi" to Hunter for me, please !!😊
Really enjoy watching you work with the tilt bucket.
Mike you mentioned that you would like comments on sanding you cabin wood. I would suggest the 9 Amp Surface conditioning Tool By Harbor Freight. Much faster and can create different textures. I enjoy seeing others that love America, and family. Keep up the great job. Captain Johnston
Mike, I believe that once the "Road to Nowhere" is completed, it will be time to expand the mini cabin to a sleeper. Great work on the road with the tilt bucket. Can't wait to see it completed. 10 days and holding you to it.
Nice job on the grading of your road through the woods. You definitely have the fine skills that come with seat time in the excavator and the skid steer. I've been working on a similar project creating an access road through my woods and across the bank that separates two settling ponds. Because the land was strip mined and the soil is effectively flattened spoil piles, it digs up easily, but it takes quite a bit of time to compact. I've been using sand stone shale over the access road because limestone is so expensive in our area at $700 a tri-axle load. Ironically, the quarry is only 10 miles south in Harrisville. You might need a second mortgage to stone your road. BTW, I really like the view of the woods between your house and your clearing.
Hi Mike , Malissa & Eva. Love your Channels, and all your comments about the Debt, etc. What an Awsome Family. God Bless You'all, and keep on making the video's. Tell Hunter Hi. .
I like the new "Road to the Outdoors" at the Morgans Compound.
When you said it was hot there 85 degrees my German Shepherd raised up and looked at me, like hottt! no it has been 96 every day for weeks. North Port , Fl it's 89 at 8:50 pm. Love yall
Is this road Penn Dot approved? WOW morning and afternoon Morgan viewing. And throw in a future Elk hunt….awesome.That road can’t be to “nowhere “ as you guys are always goin somewhere.
Learning about the working machines and seeing the progress using them is amazing to me. Thank you!
I could watch this stuff all day.
Nice road work Mike. You get more done in one day than most DOT crews would do in 3 days. Thanks.
Hey Mike would you consider putting head walls on the pipes on the inlet side of the culverts? That tilt bucket does a great job.
The tilt bucket on the excavator is a wonderful tool. I can't imagine how hard it would be to shape your ditches without it. You road looks so good you probably make your county engineers jealous.
That great road work will also make the county auditor cackle and rub his hands together dreaming of increased property taxes. Don't forget...they're in "Taxylvania."
Love the flag shirts. I lost 85 pounds. Now I can get the 5x will fit.
That new road is long enough to have a rest area
I’d think about some shade grass seed along that road. Maybe an eight foot wide stretch on each side. You could handle that with your zero turn.
Thank you fr including the song "Roadway" by Ardie Son. nice touch
Mike... usually when a culvert is installed ..the stone backfill is placed up to within 6" to a foot below finished roadway grade. Good compact able material is then placed over the gravel and compacted. This last step does two things. First it seal the ditch in the roadway travel area and keeps the gravel from spinning out of ditch line and migrating away from ditch line. It may sound trivial and extra but many years of installations like this and having to make repairs for doing it more like you are doing has taught me this little method. Also using clay around the pipe inlet ends keeps water from trying to travel around and under the pipe
It’s really lookin nice (the road) almost like a tunnel through the woods. May have to reseed pasture should be more grass up by now. Like u said a good rain would really help
I need to see that video of Mellissa carrying an elk! 😊
A funny flash came to my mind on the road to somewhere/nowhere. How about doing something like the parks and have safety railing made from wood that would be burnt or decayed. Something to think about maybe.
It’s nice that you make time for each other like a lunch date! That’s awesome
WOW your little trail has turned into a 4 lane HI way..
Watched your video from this morning. Mike, you were talking about time moving quicker as you get older. That reminded me of an old coffee mug I once owned. It said, "Once you're over the hill, you pick up speed". I sure enjoy your channel.
Not that you're over the hill, yet.
Good Morning Morgan Family 🌞- Have a Fantastic and Blessed Day 🤠. Summer has finally arrived here in Montana
Maneuvering a valuable boat in to a garage.
There was always a hitch on the front of the truck!
That's awesome you guys are going on an elk hunt! Good luck and good hunting.
Mike, you’ve inspired a lot of people to launch their own UA-cam channels! Nice!
Maybe have a vote on naming your road. I would like to nominate the first entry to be "Reuger Lane."
Ray of Sunshine ☀️ Melissa
Mike please use the Splifire splitter on the excavator to cut the ribbon. It’ll be great!
Overkill
Hey mike, just watched melissas video and you kinda spilled the beans! You could see the yukon in the background of your stihl electric zeroturn video!!
Hello Mike.... The more equipment you use during your videos is what I favor the most . Great job on the new driveway . But most impressively it is how beautiful a woman Eva is . The expression on her face is what is in her heart . Absolutely beautiful .❤
Good Saturday Morning Mike and Friends, enjoy your weekend...
Pete 🇨🇦
Hi Pete! Hot day for us but getting a break from the monsoons.
@@davidmorse8432 cool and rainy today.... lawns will grow like crazy...
Hi guys! Cool in NCNC this morning - upper 50’s F and ~15C. Supposed to get to 86F/30C for high. Severe clear is the official aviation term for current sky.
@@johnsadler8637morning John, almost jacket weather, heritage day next door at the Beckwith park
You need to seed and straw those road banks❤
Place looks so different from when you started. Congratulations. Hard work pays off.
O my, $100,000 for paving, oops there goes the Pool: Pool will probably happen instead of the paving LOL
Love the video Mike, and to me, it's worth all the effort you put into it. A job worth doing is worth doing right, your dad i bet taught that, like mine taught me, work hard be honest and let your work by your bond. HEY Eva, good to see her, missed her since she became an excavator Tech :)
It is great to see your family that works together like yours is a pleasure to watch someone like you do a professional job on everything you do God bless you and your family. I’d like to order one of each one of them shirts so maybe you can pass back to me how to do that and how much are they?
Looking good Mike, I see the Straw Boss had to come check on the progress. Name it the Golden's Trail, or Hunter's Haven. I know you're just itching to get some stone on it Rock Daddy.
Nice job Mike. It's hard to beat that Skid Steer what Power house. 🧐
About 30 years ago Andy Roony said the same thing about toilet paper that you said about getting older! Speaking of dying, did anyone see Andrew Camarata burn down his excavator yesterday? I learned from the FD in that video you need a water fire extinguisher for that type of fire. I never knew.
That’s coming together nicely, looking forward to the 3 pm release for the big surly.
Mike, have you tried to stack the fire wood baskets in triple? Two on bottom and the third on top, across the middle? It could make a little extra room for you.
Not necessary
Good Saturday morning Morgan’s ☕️🦌
Ha, Ha, I caught myself turning my head the same way as the bucket Too!
Love the jack on the new trailer.. it's 94 here today is SE Oklahoma.
Hey Mike and Melissa. That road is looking terrific. Good job! Cool video. 👍❤️
I would recommend a pile of riprap at the outfall of your culverts. I think that will prevent problems in the long run. As usual, great video.
“The Road to Nowhere”, is Really Looking Great!!!💯
" I got a whole lot of wood down here"
--Mike Morgan
Everything is looking great on the new road!, can't wait to see it stoned.
Your musical choices are pure genius Mike...way to go!
Well, the road is looking good, and I may wrong about what I am about to point out, which is I think that road is 1/4" narrower in three spots than the rest of the road, you may want to check that out and maybe fix it so it doesn't bother your mind !! Good to see Melissa and Eva more often, ok enough of this now I am headed to Melissa's video!!
Only early morning outside work for us as our temperatures are in the 100's and will continue to rise. Great seeing Melissa and Eva. I'm looking forward both of their videos later today and early tomorrow morning. God Bless
Hi Mike, thank you for the videos! I am looking forward to you cleaning up all the “brush” on the sides of your road to nowhere! When that is done, it will look “professional”! One day, maybe you will get that “roller” you always wanted!
Mike thanks for taking us along,it’s getting there, looking good.Would like to see you practicing your shooting skills.🌺🌺
Mike you bring the phrase "YARD WORK" to the next level.
Great video!! Nice to see tge famiky having fun together!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Good morning everyone!
Nicely done Mike. Looking forward to the lovely ladies video's. God bless.
This Road to nowhere is Mike's secret plot to not only tie into all of his Pennsylvania region, but next stop, WV cabin. And then! it continues to connect to the Appalachian Trail!
Melissa if Mike's not home for a while, just check with each state south of you too see if a new road is being built!
Mike you are now known as "Road King"!
Mike, when you were down in the woodyard, I know you said 'organized' but I swear I heard 'Morganized' was what you were doing there, it just struck me as funny and a great way to describe your way of doing things in your yard. Have a Day!!
I heard the same thing! The Morgans should trademark it!
That bucket is amazing
Good Morning Morgans, Wish I was there to help y’all, it would be fun.
“The Road To Nowhere” is looking awesome! Tell Hunter Hi!✌️
Mike. The new road looks better than I’ve seen from professional contractors. I need a neighbor like you 😂. Ordered the new shirt Mellisa, I love it.
The road is looking good mike!
Can’t wait. Exciting to know the road is almost complete. You just need some “more” rock. Most of your projects include Rock. lol.
good morning Mike and family , Bigfoot is going to love using "meadow lane"your road to nowhere is looking good
hi there great show as usual , wondering if you are going to make it to the Paul Bunyon Show this year ? , with your hunt planed , best to all john
