- This is a redo of the walkthrough I did ages ago. This one, however, has a much higher frame rate meaning I play better. I also recorded this with a full version of Fraps. This includes the game audio (not some music) and it has no mods. Also, this can be viewed at 720p HD.
This is mission 2, level 2 called Sicily: The Airfield at Caltagirone.
After destroying a communications tower, you take a jeep to the airfield to sabotage some fighter planes and activate the scramble alarm to get people to fly them and destroy them.

30 seconds later: Assaults MG42 head on, explodes towers, steals a jeep with a 30cal and raids the whole base while driving in the middle of the whole battalion screaming, shooting and exploding shit. Seems legit.

It's called the De Lisle. It's a silenced bolt action rifle of which only around 120 were produced. It's very heavily silenced, and still one of the quietest guns ever produced.

But the game still remains one of my favorite games, ever.
Delta Sierra I don't care if the graphics are horrible I'll still play it because it has one of the best campaign storylines that I've ever seen

It's the first Vanilla WWII game I saw the Delisle carbine in, the United Fronts mod for COD United Offensive has it modded in along with the Silenced Sten Mk II
In the video, I use 1024x768. I don't think I've tried playing it at a higher resolution.
I remember that I enjoyed Breakthrough and Spearhead alot more than Allied Assault personally. I think it was probably because the more variety of gameplay in Breakthrough and Spearhead. Does anyone else agree?
Well I think campaign was better in Allied Assault but gameplay was better in expansions.

Stop getting angry with comments. The actual definition of old school in terms of FPS from 2000ish, is that it has a health bar. That's what it means. Yes, Ghost Recon are some of the most realistic FPS out there. Just calm down, no need to get angry...
before call of duty (2003), before battlefield (2002), there was medal of honor (1999)

How come during the jeep ride to the airfield, you can't just shoot the drivers off of the enemy motorcycles instead of having to repeatedly unload on the bikes themselves?

I think he means the types of mission possibly were more realistic than what they are now. MoH IMO is better than CoD, that's just my feeling though. I've grown up with MoH more than CoD. Which is also why I think MoH 2010 and Warfighter look way better than CoD's new games. I just get the feeling that with CoD, they're just repeating the missions, whereas MoH just feels a bit more realistic to me. Could be just because of the same reason as before, I've grown up with MoH.

Ah right ok. I've never played Airborne, although I would like to. I never felt though that FPS games in that period were rubbish. Most of my favourite games are from that period. However, I don't particularly enjoy Mario, MK and all that other stuff. I guess we just have completely different tastes in games.

This game actually came out in 1999. It was 3 and 4 years earlier than the first BF series and the ever COD series. I played this game around December of 2010 and it was fun playing it. The graphics was bad though cause Counter Strike came out around 2000 and it also had a bad graphics. Its fine for me when a game has bad graphics, I care about playing a game.
Medal of Honor Allied Assault was the first one I think. Or maybe it was the first multiplayer Medal of Honor and I'm pretty sure it came out around 2001.
@O.G Autistler the game files itself were built on 6 dec 2001 however(1.0) and given to various oem's before 2002.
You can get the original and these two expansion packs for £4.

Which Resolution do you use ? When I try to put it higher than 1024x768 the game crashes
If you put on cheats and take them off, you end up with an NPC count for some reason.

Oh my God how dare you! This game is a masterpiece, only beaten by Frontline. Dont ever compare it to a Modern Warfare game. :'(
Frontline is nothing compared to this. And Modern Warfare are works of art too.
MoH: Allied Assault + Spearhead & Breakthrough expansions are in another league entirely compared to Frontline. MoH: Frontline is just a sloppy poor mans Allied Assault.

Do some research first. This game came out in 2003, Black Ops came out in 2010. I wouldn't be surprised if Black Ops is somewhat better. But you cannot compare the two and say one is better when one game is from a completely different gaming era. Muppet.

I remember playing MOH when i was like 7-8, I wanna get allied assault and breakthrough and spearhead, but I wanna know if it works on windows 7, like if I them in a cd with they still work? or will I need windows xp or whatever, please Respond

Yeah it is annoying. There haven't been updates for anti-cheat software for a while I think, so that's possibly why.

0:41 the stupid way to attack. Why didn't you shoot from far range with garand? if you ready to breach the house, prepare the shotgun or pistol.
You don't have the shotgun here. Also, this game is very difficult with it's ammo, it's very rare to find it, so it is best to try to make each shot count. As the garand has higher damage, that's why I used that.
