Jamaica needs to rethink the training for 400 and 400 hurdles. Clearly, the current system is not working. It has not worked for years. What are the Americans doing!
@kandiekane It was cold and windy, the performances were good. Especially Stacey, she would have gone much faster for sure.
@@TxTTracktime I disagree. Stacey time was not impressive. Look at paulino, Stacey should be running at least 50.00 right now regardless of the wind. Even if it was not chilly, she still would have run like 52, 53, not good. To me, her time does not indicate qualifying for and medalling in Paris.
@TxTTracktime Paulino only managed to run 50.8 in perfect conditions in her last outing.
