    good point about moving etc affecting recovery. I race one- twice. a month. that’s my deload. been making great progress ever since I realized that.

    10:06 great advice for unnecessary flexibility as well imo, I used to stretch and stretch and stretch because I thought it was just good to be as flexible as possible, now I only lightly stretch if necessary and mainly roll out for recovery
